AAA Smart Home Security

I had the 3 cameras installed at my house via Smart Home last weekend. I appreciated that they came out on a Saturday. The installer, Billy, was really nice and patient. He showed me how to configure the app. So far, so good. I like that the cameras are all hard-wired instead of battery operated. I’ve been able to see raccoons in my yard at night on the video.

Soukmang was amazing! He sat down with us to explain every detail about to system and had a very relaxed and friendly aura when working. He made for everything was to our liking and even gave helpful suggestions. Not to mention vacuuming the areas he worked at leaving things clean. Amazing work! Thank you so much.

Just had a AAA home monitoring system installed. Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable! He went over our new system in the right amount of detail. Anthony had a very calm and professional demeanor, and he performed the installation of my upgraded services in what felt like lightning speed and provided me with all of the necessary information on how to navigate my new service! The installers “London” and his coworker whose name escapes me came by on time as scheduled and did an outstanding job setting up a front of the house and the rear backyard hardwired cameras. The video clarity is excellent. And they installed an alarm panel that has some amazing software features for keeping your home safe and secure. There are other items installed. Sensors for doors, garage door and windows sensors. They put up a motion detector, a flood water device, a carbon monoxide detector, and a smoke detector that when it’s reaches a certain temperature notifies the fire department. Although I have numerous smoke detectors in the house this newest addition goes the extra mile. After the installers completed setting up everything London took his time showing me how to set the alarm and how to disarmed the Alarm on the panel and on my cellphone. He helped me setup the AAA Smart Home app and walked me through every step to make sure my home was safe and secure. I had the best installation men who did an outstanding job with installation. Professional individuals didn’t leave until I was knowledgeable with the security system installed. Definitely would recommend AAA Smart Home. The price is right and the ipad monitor has upgraded technology. Plus with impeccable service and I am a very happy customer.

I would give no stars if I could. We were with the original company that AAA purchased with no problems. We were a 25+ year customer. We have cancelled our account as of now because they never contacted us to let us know there was no communication from our alarm system. So when I cancelled they told me since I did not give a 10 day notice I would still be required to pay for another month of service. I asked for a review of the account to see if they would waive the final month since the alarm was not communicating from the previous month and they never got back to me. I was unable to get online to check my account because they block you the minute you cancel service. They then told me they were calling us, they also say they sent a letter, to 2 addresses, of which we received neither. It is amazing when a huge company takes over a small one and you become nothing to them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone unless you want to become a nobody. I had really good personalized service before they took over. I have a new service who contacts me before the alarm system can be disarmed, they are so fast and on top of everything.

Triple A was fantastic from the beginning starting with Heaven in Sales/Customer Service for the ordering process and ending with the installers. Heaven was thorough, consistent, answered all of our questions and was available anytime we needed her. It took us a while to decide but she was very patient with us and walked us all the way through the setup process. Triple A also has a wonderful team of installers! Yoshi arrived on time and was later joined by Raj and Jeff. They were professional, they left my house like they found it, they were eager to answer questions and they completed the job with us being 100% satisfied! You can tell that they all love their jobs!

I had a great experience with AAA home security all around. Customer service and scheduling was easy and quick. Installation was fantastic! The associate was very knowledgeable and installed my new home system, cameras and sensors in about 3 hours. That is the fastest of any home security installation I have ever had. Everything is in great working order and I am very happy with AAA so far.
