The owner of Digital Guards Security Systems promptly came out and resolved my issues so quickly. I was informed that it was a simple fix and I would not even be charged for the visit! I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

These guys are the best!!! We needed to find a local company to update our system. Our previous company was sold when the owner passed and we have had nothing but nightmares and huge bills with a company out of Jacksonville who bought the company and knew nothing about the equipment. Come to find out our system had not been monitored since early 2023 and "no refund because they had to pay for the service themselves". Waited weeks until "they were in the area". We called Digital Guards based on reviews and spoke to Piero first on the phone and he sent Jose out the following day. Both were amazingly helpful. So professional and knowledgeable. Jose knew at first glance what he was dealing within literally seconds. They were both amazingly kind in telling us the bad news that our system was "obsolete", and to put in a new system using our contacts and other equipment, was less than 1/2 the price of what the Jacksonville company wanted to bring it (the obsolete one) from 3G to 5G. God is good and so are these guys!! Knowledgeable, professional, and very understanding of our needs. And Jose has the patience of a saint dealing with a "technology challenged owner". We had a problem with our alarm system after installing Impact Windows. Called Digital Guards Security Systems and made an appointment. Explained our issues to Jose and his assistant when they arrived and they went right to work. All the while they were here they never stopped working. When they were finished the system was back in operation. When I was given the bill I said to Jose "that's not enough". We HIGHLY recommend Digital Guards Security Systems.

Jose/Piero and their team are amazing!! This is the 3rd install they have done for myself, and my businesses and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and are extremely patient. On this install we had security issues at one of my properties and they moved schedules around to fit us in. I know they don't usually do that, but they are unbelievable owners and understood the impact of having cameras on our property immediately! I wouldn't recommend any other company!!

Pedro, Jose, and their Digital Guards Security Systems team were awesome! We had them install our security cameras and mounted our flat screen TVs and sound bars. They did a great job and did not cut any corners. The Digital Guards team is very conscientious about doing the job right the first time and have a great deal of integrity. When we had issues with our cameras going offline when we had to replace our modem and router with our internet provider. Pedro made time for us with his busy schedule to address the situation the same day. Digital Guards goes the extra mile above and beyond this is why we are giving them a five star rating.

Had cameras installed in both business and home. They were very professional since the first appointment. I was explained all features for the equipment and the price was reasonable.
