I am waiting for this company to get sued!!!! DO NOT COME HERE. SAVE YOURSELF. They are good for about 6 months, and then they are garbage. My service stopped working because I had an old monitor. In summary, if my alarm went off, the police would never get the signal. So, I was paying for absolutely nothing. Instead of telling me, they kept taking money from my account. I was paying for a service that doesn’t even work. Now that I want to cancel it, no one picks up the phone. The machine will tell you how many people are in line in front of you. After that, you will go straight to voicemail. Even after the voicemail, no one reaches back out to you.

The representative Stephanie Diaz-Adorno was absolutely wonderful. When initially called I did not think my concerns could be handled with so much patience, caring, regarding my issues or such a willingness to assist me. She, to me went above in excellence, making attempts to assist me in many ways to resolve my problems. Confidence in her abilities put me at ease mentally, that I was not stressing over my situation as she offered a vary of helpful suggestions. I am so thankful that she was the person that assisted me with my issues. Thank you for having her for an employee and thank you very much Ms. Diaz-Adorno again.

This is an amazing company. The customer service is amazing and the representatives are so accommodating and helpful through the entire experience. Had an issue with my CO monitor for about 2 and 1/2 months, and the Northern States, still using a heater so it was very concerned. Company finally sent a new one and tech person, Alyssa, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to get this set up! She was energetic and courteous and interested in getting this problem taken care of. She was a 10 out of 10 for their company, definitely need to keep her on staff. Highly recommend a company, the alarm goes off, they respond quickly. Thank you all.

If you want to deal with a company that scams senior citizens with dementia then this is the one for you. They conned my 82 year old grandma into a five year contract. Their VP Doug reached out and pretended to care but wouldn't budge on anything, even when presented with the paperwork of her diagnosis as proof. Doesn't care that he is causing her to overdraft. I've taken over her finances and trying to help her cut back. She doesn't even know who the company is. The company wants $3200 to cancel. Yep, doesn't care they signed her up when she wasn't sound of mind. Don't worry, they will also record you without your consent too, don't forget that. If I can save a few people thousands of dollars from avoiding this company I will call that my good deed for the year.i also recommend those with other bad reviews to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and talk to a lawyer. Also, go check out their class action lawsuits they had against them.
