I started to research into getting a hard wired camera system after having wifi enabled cameras that were subpar at best. We IP Cam was the first company I called. Though no one answered initially, Chintan Patel called back and came out the same day and inspected my house. A few hours later he provided me with a accurate estimate via email with an agreed upon fair price. Chintan Patel came out a few days later and probably spent 10 hours at my house running wire and installing a new electrical box along with four (4) cameras. He didn't leave until everything was operational and I will say the cameras work great and I would never go back to a wifi camera system again. The picture quality and alerts are amazing and it's a night and day difference from the blink and wyze camera system that I previously used. Chintel Patel does offer a monthly maintenance contract. He will explain to you the pros and cons of of having it vs not having it and he does not pressure you to sign up. I opted to get it for the peace of mind. After the cameras were installed I still had some questions and he always answers my phone calls all hours of the day. Highly recommended. Trust me, don't use cheap wifi cameras, spend the money and it will be well worth it in the long run. Matt

We IP Cam won my business because he understood what was needed at my 50-unit apartment complex. He provided quality cameras that can easily recognize a license plate, wide views of the parking lot and zoom in features. In addition, the cost was in line with my budget. We Ip Cam outfitted my entire facility with brand new Security Cameras, removed the old cameras, and even installed new wiring where the old ones had seen better days. I never write reviews, however the professionalism of the guys that cam out to install my system was A+. Its been a couple of weeks and I love reviewing my home. Night or day the cameras installed are great for catching motion in my yard. This was my second time using We IP Cam services for a surveillance system. Just like the first time, the quality of the equipment was top notch. Chintan (Charlie) came to my facility, 200 miles away to make sure install was perfect. He then made sure I knew the ins and outs of how to use the equipment. Charlie is always a text or phone call away and answers whatever question I have. We will be purchasing more equipment in the near future and Charlie will be who we get the equipment from.

Charlie at We IP Cam did a big installation and upgrade of our 15 camera setup at our industrial building and an 8 camera setup at our apartment complex. Charlie and his electrician were a pleasure to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The camera and DVR setups were engineered in a clean/easy to access manner. The software platform they use allows me to easily access the camera footage on PC/mobile. I would highly recommend Charlie and his team.

Had 5 cameras installed, totally satisfied. Excellent communication with the owner Charlie, excellent follow up, neat, timely, basically a man of his word. So nice to deal with a customer service oriented owner. I have recommended We IP Cam to many friends and they also are very satisfied.
