When the Bourque family retired from the business, Alarm N.E. was the new company. Based on my experience HB Alarms was infinitely better!!! However, everyone should retire when they're ready. Paid monthly fee for monitoring but was required to "test" my own system to be sure it was operational. So, what was I paying for? Stopped monitoring account 6 months ago because I wasn't getting service I expected. When I had a problem in the last thunderstorm and called, a very nice young woman assisted me to the best of her ability, for which I was grateful. But the situation wasn't resolved. Next day I asked for help again but was refused because I'd canceled my monitoring account. Even after I offered to pay...I'd been a customer of HB for many years and have had the system for over 30 years. I just don't get it.

Very easy to work with to solve any issues you might run into - also helped shed some light on internet issues that I'd be experiencing. I find their outdoor camera's to be excellent - night vision awesome! The rep stuck right with me until my issue was resolved.

Joalexis De La Cruz did a good job today getting answers to multiple questions I had on my new contract and on billing questions. She reached out to others to completely get all my questions answered. I was pleased with her customer service and professionalism. Thankyou for your help today.

Recently had occasion to seek some help with customer service and spoke with Emma-Lee Baldwin. She was very professional and very helpful. Also spoke with Frank in the service department and he too was very helpful. A really good team!

The Alarm New England technician, Dan Taylor, made a service call to our house to re-arm our system after we had our windows replaced. The system needed to be brought to an electronic-based system from a hard-wired system for the dining room window. Dan is totally knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the control pad and relevant contacts. Also, he explained the change and answered all our questions as to the various settings and their parameters. Personally, Dan is friendly and clean-cut and is a credit to Alarm New England.

Great people make this company top notch. Everything from the first call to get information to the install was seamless and easy! Dorothy was patient with my questions and never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. Jon came to install and was awesome as well! Highly recommend this company!

Just switched from ADT to Alarm New England and these guys have been professional from the sales process through the installation. Dorothy answered my questions - of which I had many becuase I am so detailed - without judgement or by simply responding wih the "company line." I am fairly certain that if she could get "past" me she can get through most people because I am not easy! So far the Honeywell system seems very good. Denzel who did the installation was calm, methodical and professional.
