Vector Security - Milford, DE

Bob Sarnowski exemplifies great customer service. He called to inform me he was 20 minutes from arriving for our appointment. My original request was to address the smoke/fire detectors. Upon arrival, Bob informed that he also needed to install an update module for the Security System. He informed that this was necessary for 5G network compatibility. Also, that there was a charge connected to the upgrade. As he was updating everything, I mentioned that I was looking to add additional security features. Bob immediately reviewed the Vector provided camera add on to the monitoring system. He performed a house survey, informed me of optimum camera placement and advised on what I would need as far as electrical outlets and WiFi Router. End result, Vector will be part of my security enhancements. Thank you, Bob

I have had vector for over a year now I love there service anytime I need anything they always get out to our house fast. I just had Tim D. The service tech out to my house today and he was very nice and polite explained everything that he was doing and all the test he was running. I had my kids home and in the house and he was very nice to them also even though my youngest was trying to steal his tools lol but I would recommend them to anyone. When they come out to replace my door assembly I hope it’s Tim D. again. Thanks vector security

Got a great price from Jeff on 4 security cameras for my home, and no high pressure tactics which counts a lot with me. Jon B, and Mike did the install and worked like a well oiled machine. Courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about the system they were installing. They spent a lot of time showing me how to use the system which is pretty user friendly. They were very careful about keeping things clean, and cleaning up any mess from the install. Very happy with this company so far, and wish I had found them before doing a contract with ADT for my security system. I will switch when the time comes

Tim was very nice and very pleasant. He ensured that out doorbell camera was working perfectly and even went above and beyond to work on the motion detection. Since the doorbell camera he installed was only picking up motion when someone gets up close to the camera even if the sensitivity was set to high, he ordered us a separate one to be installed to fix the motion detection. I am very pleased with Vector Security. They always quick to answer when the alarm goes off to ensure our safety and their technician are very polite and educated as well as knowledgeable on their products.

We’ve had a very good experience with our Vector system - the monitoring is responsive, our service issues have been dealt with promptly, and every employee has been professional and easy to work with. Tim came most recently and was very courteous and friendly.
