I called up East Coast Alarms and talked with Charles, after a brief discussion about my needs, we scheduled the install for the next day, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about there part of the installation and set-up and this allowed me to tailor the systems to my needs. Great experience with Charlie the sales rep. Outstanding customer service and had great advice on what equipment to purchase. Forgive me as I forgot the name of the young lady IT tech that installed my ring doorbell she was awesome and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during setup. David the installer was awesome as well excellent customer service and did a fantastic job installing my alarm and cameras. Overall very pleased with my experience with East Coast Alarms. The security system they sold me has already paid for itself. Lock your vehicle doors at night!!!!

Absolutely the best Customer Service received in a long time. Charlie was very personable, he show a great depth of knowledge. Sandra and Bill were awesome too. I would recommend this local company.
