Thank you Alert 360! This was such a positive experience, All team members were proactive in getting our system installed at our home. We want to thank Bruce, Tommy, Kyle and Mitch for being so professional. Kyle and Mitch left our home spotless after the install process, very thorough and gave full instructions on how to use both panel and wireless alarm procedures.
Alarm360 took over the security system company I was with. Cole from Alarm360 came out today to add cell service calling device to my system. Great technician working for a great company. Phone support and scheduling is excellent as well.
The technician was very polite very prompt. Explain what he was doing. This is 1,000,000% better than when I had ADT for my security system. I would recommend Alert360 to anybody.
Excellent experience from sales associate, Angela to the installer, Joey. Both were very thorough and worked diligently to give us the security system we wanted. Alert 360 also had the best pricing on installation and monitoring. We were with this company at our previous home for 15 years and they have always provided great service. I highly recommend them for all your security needs!
Kimble did an excellent job listening to exactly what I needed for my home security and finding equipment and inputting ideas to provide a complete system better than I ever imagined. He sent a great crew of Kyle, Cameron and Dusty. I enjoyed getting to know each one of them. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to any and everyone!
An absolutely great experience. My technician, Kyle, did a beautiful job installing my new alarm system. He was on time, polite, and took all the time I needed to teach me how to use the new system. I am 100% satisfied with Alert 360!!!
