What can I say about Eli?! He is an amazing technician and an incredibly thoughtful, nice person. He went above and beyond when installing our home security system, making sure everything was perfect and user friendly. He displayed such patience as he walked me through all of the set up with the app. It was a lot of new technology from our last alarm install so there was a lot to learn. I feel very confident that I can use all of the controls and more importantly, that I am safe and secure in our new home. I wish all technicians were as friendly and competent as Eli. I would recommend him 100%!

Eli was our technician. He came out to add and integrate doorbell to our current security system. He was very thorough and patient. Multiple checks to verify that things were working as they should and notifications were enabled. I had also requested to have our door lock integrated and after multiple attempts and talking with the support desk, he found that our door lock was defective and should be replaced by the builder. He also showed me several features on the alarm platform that are customizable which I plan to use. Eli was personable, professional, and knowledgeable.
