We just installed a new alarm system with Sterling Security Systems. They came highly recommended from a neighbor. They were very knowledgeable and answered our many questions with a smile. They were patient as we worked through what we wanted as well. The team that did the actual installation was wonderful, professional and walked us through everything. Recently had our home alarm system changed from ADT to Sterling Security Systems. Had Sterling service in our home 16 years ago and when we moved into our new community, the contractor had set up with Brinks, later purchased by ADT. Due to NUMEROUS issues with ADT, we contacted Sterling to switch over our system. Extremely pleased from first phone call through installation. Very pleasant, efficient and prices reasonable. Best part is having a local contact - not being on hold for an hour trying to reach someone for service, etc. Would highly recommend Sterling Security for an alarm system.

I have used Sterling Security Systems as my alarm company for a couple of years now and have been very satisfied with their service. Pete is always quick to respond and the team never gets upset with me when I set off my alarm by mistake! They are just great! Always a Quick response, very professional, and honest.

We initially installed an alarm system using a local company in 1991. The owner passed away and as a result, we were assigned to a couple other national companies over the years who took on our account. While the security system functioned, customer services waned. It was difficult to reach and speak to a person. Recently, we installed a new, expensive window system. The well-known, national company was unwilling to hardwire the contacts in this window, and pressed us to go with wireless contacts that would be unsightly on the window. In addition, the wiring of the central components of our system installed by the national company, though functional, was very sloppy. We decided to call Sterling Security who hardwired the new window to our liking and installed their main components with very neat and professional wiring. Sterling Security’s customer service is exceptional. Sterling Security also handles our parent’s service and we are very pleased with the rapid and professional service they provide her as well. We are very discerning customers and we highly recommend them.

Had a large project for security and cameras for a project in West Hartford. Pete came out to meet with me, made suggestions for the full system and was very timely on getting the pricing over to me. Installation was right on time with Pete meeting Kyle and Jeff on site to go over the install. I'm a pretty particular person and Kyle and Jeff did not disappoint with their install. Everything was neat, wires hidden, wires properly fastened, everything was cleaned up, and they took the time to help get the app all set and go over the functions completely. Service and quality like this is hard to find these days - if you want it done once and done right don't hesitate to reach out to this crew! Top notch all the way!!
