I recently had the pleasure of working with Approved Contractor for a renovation project on my home, and I cannot speak highly enough of their service and professionalism. I had water leaks from the intense rain season which required me to not only redo all my stucco walls but brand new windows to replace the cheap retrofits. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free, thanks to their dedicated team and commitment to excellence. Shout-out to Mike Powers for helping me throughout the process and my million questions. The rest of the team Kimi and Don for all their work.

The project went extremely well, they were here on time and totally meet my expectations. Their workers are friendly and very respectful. My house looks very different, I have received many nice remarks. This company stands out for it's professionalism and quality of work. I would rehire them again if I needed anything else. The sales representative was honest and made sure we understood everything. I continue to get a thank you from the company even after the project was completed. Love their customer service.

Approved Contractor, Inc. is a fantastic company and takes exceptional pride in providing the best customer service and top-notched workmanship. To begin with Matt went beyond all expectations, even above my own, in evaluating my stucco project situation and bringing about a solution to covering the exposed garage door wood frame in order to prevent future dry rot. The aluminum lathe frame did cover all existing wood and created a wonderful stucco frame. Additionally, I can't wholeheartedly thank Matt enough for what seemed like a million questions with regards to the roofing estimate. Matt is amazing and the best first impression for Approved Contractor, Inc!! Secondly, the office staff of Kimi, Emely and Jared were exceptional in proving smooth communications on the status of the project timeline and answering questions. Finally, the stucco crew of Rene, Jose and Omar are top-notched professional craftsmen. These guys were pleasant, knowledgeable, and exceptional. As a result, my home looks beautiful!! It's also worth noting how exceptional that a new product with regards to the scratch and brown coat process was used cutting down the amount of time for my project. I was very happy with Approved contractors. Matt who came out and gave the quote was very professional and responded promptly to questions/changes and gave good advice. The office kept me informed of scheduling. And then the job was finished quickly and done well!! I received about 3 quotes and this one was substantially less than the others. So a great experience (which is too often not the case with contractors) and I would use them again!

Approved Contractor was outstanding! This process all started a year ago. I had a homeowner with a classic style of aluminum siding in very good condition. There had been some minor damage in a few places. Plus, they painted soon after taking possession of the home not six months before. I called around to suppliers and contractors for weeks, being promised they either had what I needed only to be disappointed later on follow up with a “Sorry, we can’t help you with that particular style of aluminum siding.”. I finally came across Approved Contractor and they were different. They didn’t jump to conclusions and tell me what I wanted to hear only to disappoint me later. Kimberlee the person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and asked a lot of good questions. Didn’t promise anything, but assured me someone would reach out to me right away to get more information. They, and wanted to set up an appointment to come see the project to make sure they could do it. Matt Loomis met me on site and reviewed the scope of work, took a lot of measurements and pictures, and let me know that it would be very challenging to find this particular style of siding, but not to give up. The siding was 8 inch high by half-inch, straight taper, with a single profile and a smooth finish. Anyone looking for this, or know about it, can verify this is a real unicorn and the Siding manufacturing world. Matt and I work together and eventually found a vendor that could supply this particular style. Praise going out to Matt and Kimberlee for their heroic efforts And making this all happen there were times where it seemed like this just wasn’t going to happen. But they stuck with it and kept me updated from time to time and we finally got the job finished. Their team came out and replaced an entire section of the home , along with a few spot repairs, piecing in single sections seamlessly. I just can’t say enough about this team and Approved Contractors! Thanks again, everyone!

The Approved Contractor Team is one of the most professional companies I've hired to help improve my 1908 Craftsman home. The office was very communicative, the foreman was polite and courteous, the painters we're great problem solvers and friendly. The project was done in about a month- there were some needed gaps due to rain. This is a company that prioritizes quality materials, great service, and fantastic warranties. Very happy with the lifetime warranty on my cool tex paint. Thank you for a great experience.

We had Approved Contractor fix and paint our stucco as well as the trim and doors on our house. During the initial visit Jared did a great job explaining the process while taking notes about the house. The process itself was painless and his team did a great job making the house look fantastic, we were particularly impressed that they were able to fix a lot of bumps and waves in the original finish. Our neighbours were impressed with the improvement.

We have been looking at multiple options for the eaves of our house. So glad we found Approved Contractor, Inc. We wanted a durable ‘wood’ look for the exterior - one that didn’t need yearly refinishing! We found it! Extremely happy with the entire process from first email engagement to final installation!
