First Tier Exterior

I worked with FTE to complete a re-roof on my home in April and I'm super happy with the results. Our previous roof was concrete tile that'd reached the end of its life and I was set on not having that material again. I got bids from 7 different roofing companies and went with First Tier Exterior because I felt confident about the price, materials, warranty, and service offering. I worked with Manny and Luis to schedule the work; it took longer to get on the schedule than I'd hoped but it was due to lots of rainy weather this spring. Both were helpful when I had questions about roof materials and approach for a flatter portion of the garage roof that ended up getting torch down instead of shingles. The crew worked quickly and efficiently on the roof replacement and I'm really happy with the quality of workmanship. One con - I'm located in the north part of the East Bay so it took longer for final clean up but the crew did a good job once they came back. I would reach out to FTE again for other exterior needs too.

I recently had some work done by First Tier Exterior. They did a great job, providing high-quality work at a good price. I was pleased with the results, and the crew was professional and courteous. While waiting for the new parts to arrive, they took steps to protect the roof, which I appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

Had a roof leak and First Tier Exterior was called from my HOA. Unfortunately the original appointment for the following day was not set on the project manager's schedule, so it was a no show when I rushed home from work to make the appointment. A new appointment was made for the following day and Alex came out on time. He thoroughly checked the leak by including to check the attic. I was impressed by his thoroughness and honesty with what work needed to be done to solve the leak issue. Since it was a rainy time, Alex came back the following day with another project manager to tarp the roof, so no more water would penetrate through the roof, until there's drier weather when the work could be completed. I was impressed with the quick response coming out to check the leak as well as the ability to return the following day to tarp for protection. Alex had good communication throughout the process.

First of all the project manager Eddie Darosa was very prompt and professional. He listened to my needs knew what I wanted and didn’t try to up sell. He measured wrote everything down and gave me a price within one hr. I had been waiting for other quotes for well over one week. He wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive but the price was fair and reasonable. I signed the paperwork said they could start in about 3 weeks. The next day I get a call said they could tear old roof off on Sunday and they would start the roof on Monday. Ok what a start .Roof off Monday came met Leo and his crew. Couldn’t have asked for better. They worked hard and until the sun set for 4 days . Wonderful job . Came inspection day inspector came also said excellent job. All I can say is First Tier Exterior is the one and Eddie Darosa is the one to ask for

We hired First Tier Exterior to re-stucco an entire wall which suffered from water intrusion due to aging. Jeremy came for the initial inspection and suggested that I talk to their stucco contractor Felix to find out the best possible solution. Felix is humble and knowledgeable, and explained the potential options to solve our problem. We decided to re-stucco the whole wall and replace the existing windows and a patio door. First Tier’s quote was the best out of many that we explored. A combination of this and the 10 year warranty helped us make our decision to go with First Tier Exterior. Jeremy, the manager and his team helped with ordering windows and scheduling the work and inspections. Jeremy is professional and patient in answering all my questions and concerns throughout the project. Felix is understanding and accommodated details that we requested like adding foam trims around doors and windows. The team worked efficiently and did a good job. Thank you First Tier Exterior!

First Tier Exterior truly exceeded our expectations when they replaced our roof. Miguel, our project manager, was honest and transparent regarding the condition of our old roof and the necessary steps. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. The quality of their work is top-notch. Had stucco and paint job to the front of our house and I was very impressed with the whole outcome of the job. I have worked with many contractors and I found Mahoney's passion and experience in home improvements in commendable. I had the all the job details listed out in the beginning of the project and they did all of them and some more without leaving any loose ends. Their team would always check every detail and make sure I was satisfied at the end. It is very hard to find even a tiny speck of blemish in stucco and paint job. Overall it is pleasing as I walk everyday in front of my house.

Mahoni and First Tier Exterior has been a pleasure to work with. He was extremely helpful at the beginning to help us understand our options, and was very responsive throughout the project. The skill level of the workers are impressive, as complimented by our neighbors. I would definitely recommend First Tier Exterior, and call them for future projects.
