FYI - We had a new roof put on our home by Zinc, Inc. and it was the job of Pacific Solar to remove the old solar panels (Which they originally installed) and put them back on which they did today in a very timely and efficient manner. The guys were fun to chat with, very friendly. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service of Pacific Solar. We easily give them 5 golf stars plus.

Fantastic job, got the job done relatively quick. Pacific Solar employees were professional, courtesy and answered any questions I had to the best of their knowledge. They also worked very hard and dedicated to work to get the job done correctly. I highly recommend them for any Solar needs.

The Pacific Solar team did a great job in designing and installing my system expansion. They use a drone to map the roof for optimal system design. The install crew was on time and quickly completed the job. The new system has been operating without issue so far and brought my electric bill back down to net zero including my new electric car charging.

Fairly long delay between signing contract and beginning construction but that was probably due to the unusually rainy season. Once they started they stayed on it and got it done rather quickly. Took care of permits and paperwork with no hassle. Installation looks good and produces as calculated so am happy with this company and would recommend them going forward.

There are a lot of details and factors to manage with rooftop solar and I give Pacific Solar a lot of credit in managing them. I really appreciate their hands on service and the willingness of Dan in particular to be patient and walk me through this new world of energy. Just some things to note as a person who would buy solar: With any system you buy, make sure you know who the manufacturer of your equipment is and that you have a dedicated contact there that can and will troubleshoot for you. Pacific Solar installs, but with some of the components there may be issues and you'll need to have the manufacturer support in place and you'll need to push them to handle the warranty visits. If you're in the mountain area, trees play a huge role in how much solar you can get. Spend some time understanding where and how you should lay your panels out. There is a lot of technical jargon and numbers to wade through. Also make sure to research the manufacturer. Ours was Generac and there rooftop components have given us so much trouble. Their battery is great, but their other parts have had a lot of problems. Lastly, the State of California gutted the ability of consumers to sell back power to the grid and forced consumers into buying batteries. There is a benefit to having batteries, especially when you're in the mountains, but a battery system cannot power your whole home. Also pay attention to how many panels you can have before you max out your inverter. You may want to add energy intensive items, but your inverter can only handle so many panels. Lots to learn! It was an easy process from start to finish. On the day of installation, they were here on time and set the system up exactly like i had asked, even thou it took more time to run the wires like i wanted. Their guys were professionals the entire time and even removed an 'old-mini' satellite dish. I have 8.4kw system.

Pacific Solar is a great solar company to work with and I highly recommend them. They installed a large carport with 112 panels at our clinic (Madera Veterinary Center). The whole system looks great and we have received several comments about how nice the whole structure looks. We had a very strict deadline and they completed the project on time. Daniel helped us through every step of the process and was incredibly responsive to our needs. I liked Pacific Solar so much I had them install solar panel at my house! Quality work and great customer service.
