Previous home owner had solar panels placed on north facing roof and because of this I was missing out on power production during the fall and winter months. I received quite a few quotes to have my system moved and they were outrageous. Enter Energy Concepts! They came to my home, walked me through the process, sent me pictures and estimated production charts and a great price! Not long later the team showed up to my house and performed the work. The team was very respectful and had great communication. Now my system is producing 10x more a day than it was a year ago! Thank you Energy Concepts!

Everyone at Energy Concepts was always very helpful. They provided excellent service and very reliable communications. They showed up when they said they would and Danny was very good at providing the answers as how the system would work and how the installation would be completed.

While looking into solar panels, a friend referred me to Ryan G. from Energy Concepts and I’m thankful for it. Ryan was very professional and helpful along the way. He gave me all the info I needed about EC, different financing options, and solar in general. He wasn’t pushy like some solar salesmen can be, and it was nice to be able to move at my own pace. It took awhile to get the installation set up after signing because EC had so many projects going, but it was fine because Ryan had advised me of that beforehand and EC gave me updates during that time. The installation team was great, very professional. It took two days and they left everything neatly organized after the first day, cleaned up everything really well after the second. My system is up and running now, Ryan walked me through the system itself and the monitoring system, easy enough to follow. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone who’s interested in solar panels.

Excellent company. Recommended to us by another customer. Danny was very personable and professional. There was no high pressure sales. We felt like we had the information we needed to make a wise decision. There were some minor problems at the start with getting the process started. These were mainly scheduling issues due to rainy weather. Once these were resolved the process went smoothly. We were kept informed of the progress regularly, which was appreciated by us. The installation was flawless due to the professionalism of the team. Great workers who got the job done quickly and efficiently. Follow-up with Danny was done the day after the completion. Energy Concepts just completed our solar installation. Our salesperson (Danny Johal) was great. He took a consultative approach and was responsive throughout the process. They were competitively priced and offered better equipment. The lead installer (Tyler) and his crew were very meticulous and tried to make sure everything looked perfect (they said they were driven by my very organized garage). We resisted getting solar because it has always seemed like a predatory industry (we certainly interviewed a couple of those companies). Energy Concepts was local, their employees were professional and they made the process easy. The SunPower iPhone app is great too - we can see our usage change when we plug in a toaster and we can monitor our production on a panel-by-panel basis. We wish we had done this sooner.

FANTASTIC customer service, products, and installation. We were quoted by Dewey, who was very patient in answering all of our questions, for panels and a battery. After we were under contract, Kerri took care of us, keeping us updated weekly on the next steps in installing our panels and battery. Their teams were very professional, particularly Walter who was kind enough to show us around the products and how they functioned. Finally, Rob helped explain our new bill and answered any remaining questions about our system.
