Super thorough work to diagnose the problem, drive an hour each way to get the part then install and get her going. Very nice and explained everything as he worked. I cannot give him high enough praise and he deserves 10 stars on his work and visit.

I informed the co. that I was going to be at work when they arrived and I appreciated that the installer's accommadated me while I was at work. when I got home they had completed the job and the main person walked me through the installed unit and gave me important information. All in all it was a very satisfied experience and they did a great job!! Thanks

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SS for their professionalism, taking time to educate the home owners and providing excellent customer service... I don't usually do reviews but with the customer experience I received, they deserve a solid 5 Stars rating. Sharing my happy experience: I was looking for additional Solar Panels to support my new Home electricity need plus my Jeep 4xe plug-in hybrid. Browsing online I came across with SS and immediately felt good knowing that they are being manage & operated by our amazing Veterans whom my father is a respectful Veteran. So I did make a quick appointment. On April 1st, a Sales expert guy came, named Michael Benavides. He is very knowledgeable, looks professional & trustful and more importantly very friendly & being patient to answer my dummy questions. And we somehow get a good vibe to each other after spending 2-hours chatting. From there, he is always available (day & night, plus weekends) to answer my follow-up questions. And due to the upcoming deadline of NEMA 2.0 I have to get into a signed agreement which I did. I purchased additional 10x Silfab panels to have a total of 20 efficient panels which is the total qty I can have on my roof as per the design recommendation of Michael B. And due to the high demand of Solar installations, he was honest to tell me that the schedule of installation would take 2-3 months which I understand. So they kept their promise and arranged the installer team to come on schedule on June 23, 2023 at 7:30am. There were four technicians who are all great & professional coming with their own Semper Solaris truck which gives me better peace of mind and not some random 3rd party local installers. As a support, I kindly offer them a gatorade drink to energize them and a tip for snacks on their way back home. They finished it in approx. 4 hours. The job was amazing, see the pictures I uploaded. Then I communicated with Michael B. and he is very kind to own the responsibility on following-up the next step from the Inspection side and finally, to get PTO and have my Solar panels fully operational in no time. MANY THANKS Semper Solaris. Salute to your service !!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND, Here is why- I received solar from them in May 2022,I chose them because they were military out of the 3 quotes I received . During the installation process they never communicated on the progress, I had to call to get updates, but could not get a clear answer on what was taking so long, they kept blaming the city. Finally after 4 months August 2022 solar is in. Now that we've had so much rain, we have a leak in our roof we called, emailed and nothing. One guy Kenzie came to see what the damage was, and he said someone would be out by end of week and that was on February 27, 2023, it's March 15, 2023 and no one has responded to my email nor have they called me or my husband as i left both our numbers. I DO NOT recommend them at all terrible customer service. I've been on hold for over 20 min, left my name and number for a return call and no one has called me yet and that was last week. Want to follow up - while the roof issue was not do to the Solar installation, their customer service is still not very good at all.

My husband and I chose this company because we love supporting veterans. We also kept hearing good things about the company. Our project consultant, Brandon Williams, was the absolute best to work with. He was always available to answer any question or concern that we had. He has such a great attitude and is so friendly. He pushes to get things done. We had 3 projects in total which included a new roof, ducting installation, and solar panels. Brandon went above and beyond for us to get us through this process. Thank you to all those involved on this journey.

Solar. While looking for a solar company my wife and I saw a TV commercial from Semper Solaris (SS) among many others. What made us select SS was how other companies sounded very much alike, Semper Solaris, appealed to us, being a military owned company and my being a 30yr Air Force Vet, we thought that we a had better chance of finding some common ground to work from. I contacted SS and soon after got a call from Mr. Brandon Williams, Semper Solaris representative and we made the appointment to meet. Brandon is a very sharp dressed, professional individual with a friendly personality and very knowable in his business. He made a special effort to get to know my wife and me. During his presentation, we spoke of his experiences both of the job and personal. at the end of his presentation which included the layout of how my system would look like on the roof, we decided to go for it. the system is of very high quality, US manufactured and we felt that the investment was an excellent one. Please thank Ms. Felicia Ramirez from the Fresno office for all her support as well as Mr. Brandon Williams for being so Professional and patient with us and thanks to Semper Solaris for being the great company they claim to be. We highly recommend them!

Sept. '22 I signed a contract with Semper Solaris to have a new HVAC system installed at my home in Fresno. Shortly after signing my contract, my assigned Energy Consultant left the company and I was never given a contact for a new consultant. Between the contract date and installation in Nov, the Fresno branch was closed down, so the installation crew for my system came from Bakersfield (nearly 100 miles away). Installation was to take 1 to 2 days; however, it took double that. The crew only worked about 3 – 4 hours each day. When questioned, the team lead/supervisor told me they had to drive two hours each way and therefore were limited on time they could work. After the installation was complete, the system did not work properly. The thermostat would call for heat, but the system would not start as it was supposed to. I reached out to the installation lead/supervisor who advised me he was no longer with the company and that the Bakersfield branch had been closed down. Now the nearest technician would respond from Manteca, more than 100 miles away. From then on, 90% of my contact was with Vanessa at the office in San Diego. Vanessa was less than responsive, and unprofessional in most of my dealings with her. During, what turned out to be months of dealing with the system not working properly, I had asked numerous times to speak to a manager. Only once in December did a manager, Scott, contact me. He listened to my complaints and told me they would send someone out the following day. However, in the meantime, our heater did not work. It was December and the outside overnight temperature was in the mid-30s. Vanessa told me she had gotten approval from management to reimburse me for space heaters and suggested I purchase them, then submit the receipt for reimbursement. I purchased two space heaters, approximately $100 and to this day have not been reimbursed. Sebino from Manteca was assigned to fix my system. Between November and March, he came and worked on the system at least six times. Only once did a supervisor or manager respond with Sebino to inspect the work, and that was because I demanded it. Scott came with Sebino once and I was told he would ensure the issue was fixed and follow up with me the following morning. He never followed up, and the system was not fixed. Sebino was the champion throughout this experience. He was professional and skilled, but I believe he was only doing as he was directed. Finally, after months of asking to speak to management and begging them to resolve the issue, I was tired of being ignored and made to feel that I was a nuisance, despite having paid them $17k. So…I wrote an honest, but damaging review. Wouldn’t you know it, the very next morning I received a call from Kay Williams, Vanessa’s supervisor, and James Henderson, the Director of HVAC Operations. Both Kay and James were very responsive and professional. They both listened to my complaints and dedicated themselves to ensuring the issues were resolved. The very next day Sebino responded back out to my home to work on the system. Sebino was in direct contact with James and they were able to identify the ongoing issue and make the repair. It has been three days since Sebino fixed the system, and so far it is operating as it’s supposed to. Both James and Kay have followed up via email and phone to ensure I am satisfied with the service and that the unit is functioning properly. I have increased my review from one star to three, but cannot in good conscious give a higher rating, as I had such a terrible experience for so long. I believe the breakdown and lack of care for me was at the employee and supervisor level, Vanessa and Scott. Although I had begged to speak to a manager, it is apparent that the first time management became aware of the issue was after my google review. Once management was aware, they worked quickly and professionally to resolve the issues and repair our relationship. For now, it seems the issue has been resolved and I am receiving quality customer service and care.

We had Jon Bernal guide us through the process. He was super knowledgeable and answered all the questions me and my wife had about the roofing process and solar panels. He went above and beyond to provide us with different packages and price points to get the job completely customized to our needs. We never felt pressured to buy anything, but plenty of options were given for us to consider. Every single installation step was explained in advanced. Customer service quickly setup inspections and made the whole process a breeze.
