Sun City installed my system about 5 years ago. It wasn't until I had my last solar panel system cleaning where a drone was used that I found out how good their install was. We had a microburst that sucked out a widow on the third floor of the house. The guy running the drone was shocked. He power cleans a large number of solar panels. He almost always finds some loose solar panels, even in systems newer than mine. Initial Enphase Envoy failed under 2 year parts and labor warranty. Replacement has now failed. Micro also failed. It can be frustrating since they can only perform service when they have a crew working in the area. They are here now trying to get the failed Envoy replaced under warranty. Enphase delayed the remote diagnostics long enough for the sun to go down. They have to come back Friday morning. I need more solar panels and Sun City is the only company I'm letting on my roof to put the new panels in.

Zach is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. You could not ask for better service. Mine was an older system and he was able to maximize its best use.
