Trash company to work for the pay is low hours are long. Typical factory taking advantage of the working class. Of course you have people within the organization who make big money but Every day employee gets the short end of the stick. Not to mention, they actively try to crush any competition they get just overall bad company.
Was a great place to work at the beginning, but then you see what's really going on, lazy people are catered to while hard workers a chewed up and spit out, you make a complaint to supervisor and all you hear is ,( I'll put a urgent email out) ,but nothing ever gets done ,pay in some departments suck when more and more responsibilities a re put on you
Picking up, they don't care about your time, be aware when you are at the shipping office, waiting a huge time to an assignee a door, other driver who know how they work, back-in at the first available and go for check in later.
I drove in at this place last weekend. I was having a bad day, but this ugly looking obese asian named Eric really made it worse. From the initial interaction with him I felt depressed and under appreciated. Definitely will never be coming back to this place.
Great job!!!! Medical insurance day one, 401k, first couple of months vacation days, rolling holidays if you don't work the weekends. But if you work the 12 hours shifts you get 2 days off one week and 4days off the next. I think. Bonuses and great pay
When management forces you to operate equipment that you’re 100% not qualified to operate(my supervisor forced me to use his FS badge number) and you break something and get fired for it you know you have a serious issue within your company. You’d think this company would treat there employees better after loosing a lawsuit earlier this year, but there top priorities are numbers (which that seems to also be a issue for them) so unfortunately you are low on the totem pole. Would not recommend employment to anyone here.
Overall a good company, however they do not take enough precautions to protect their employees against the Covid-19 virus. My significant other has been employed at this facility for only a few months, and in the short timespan that he has been there we have gotten Covid-19 not once, but twice. I understand that there is no way around the virus, and everyday there are new subvariants emerging but please try to do better.
