You gaslight people anytime they come with a complaint and deflect instead of having the mentality of the customer is always right. That Solar Company has been an excellent partner from start to finish on our solar project. We installed 25 panels for a 10kW capacity system. That Solar Company's bid design was the most well-thought out and best price. Hailee's communication through the project phases was excellent. Surveying, design and permitting takes time, but we always knew where we were at and all HOA, City and Ameren permits were granted on first attempt. Installation was quick and flawless... the system already survived a couple of storms that took down trees in the area. Today, on the third day of operation, we have blue skies and an excellent output baseline. 100% successful project. Thanks again to everyone at That Solar Company! Update February 2024: we are still beyond happy with our photovoltaic system. I want to shout out Hailee for her super fast support! I casually emailed her what to do for tax season, and she came through with a copy of the contract, tax form, and instructions right away. Thanks so much for the continued support!

Incompetence during installation took months of us having to chase them down to get our equipment installed. After finally finishing installation, they connected our 2 way reader incorrectly, so BPU wasn't receiving accurate readings of our energy output for months. In addition to this, they sold us more panels than our energy bill ever cost us, and have been useless in any resolution of this since they already got their money. I would not reccomend them. I would also REALLY recommend to do your own research about what your energy needs are and don't trust a single solar company about what they think you should have.

That solar company is incredible to do business with. It’s refreshing to see a company value their customers. They make the whole process of getting solar panels super easy. They arrange everything and communicate each step the whole way. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I 10/10 recommend this company.

The whole process worked very well, overall. The design, site inspect, utility approval, install and system activation all great. The system is performing well. Overproduced my needs all but one month so far.

They did everything with perfection! Even when the neighbors gave them a hard time they took care of everything and made our lives as easy as possible through the process! Highly recommend for all your needs!

That Solar Company has been excellent to work with and has exceeded all my expectations of going solar! The process is long (like a few months) with the city and power co permits, but their communication was solid the whole time and kept me updated on everything going on with my solar project regularly. Their staff is super friendly and was always available if I had questions. It's good to see a company that's healthy and put together, so I know I can depend on them for the many years my solar will be working for me. It's been activated for a month now, and the results are amazing! In the 11 days of my billing cycle before solar I paid $138, and was on track for another ridiculous $400 bill. Over the next 22 days I was only billed $30 from CU! That Solar Co took all the stress out of this major home upgrade and made it super easy and enjoyable to get solar, save money, and go green. Just barley over 2 months ago I hired "That Solar Company" to installed a solar system for my house. I'm very please with it's performance because the first months bill which was a little over 15 days of being online but my electric bill was cut in half. The last bill I got I have 18 dollars in credit with the electric company. I opted for a ground mount unit for several reasons but the installation crew had this thing in a little of a day. They were very professional and went above and beyond to make all the wiring neat. They dug a trench over 100 feet in length for the connect of the panels to my electrical box in one of the toughtest places to dig I have ever seen, so bravo to them and that poor trencher had and crew had a hard days work. In short if your interested in solar I highly recommend " That Solar Company" Tim Williams
