Staff was on time, friendly, respectful, responsible, and worked hard swiftly to remove, manually, a 20 year old tree root ball and all. Also flexible since we requested trimming a tree, no in orginal qoute, last minute. I recommend them!

Advanced Tree Care business cards were dropped off in our neighborhood and since we canceled a tree trimming company that would never show up or not even call to reschedule we gave them 3 chances to reschedule. Advanced Tree Care scheduled next day at 2:30 (which was impressive) but no phone call to inform us they couldn't make it due to a previous job. Understandable from time to time but communication is very important instead of no call to inform a new customer that you are unable to make it. I successfully reached Maria who was very pleasant and helpful. I hate to rush people especially in a job that can be so dangerous. Sergio was very nice and professional. I have asked him to return at his convenience to give us an estimate for all 31 of our palms for our annual trimming. I hope this year we receive a reasonable quote.

Had a tree blow over after wind storm and they were able to come out the day I called. Great crew. Fast and efficient. Have had them trim our trees and bushes before.

This is the second time we have used Advanced Tree Service and they are great!! Their price is very reasonable and they are efficient and fast and do a great job clearing away all the tree limbs.

We've had Advanced Tree Care come out multiple times to trim and shape our various trees over the years, and they've always done a really good job with shaping, thinning, and trimming them tastefully. We don't like trees getting hacked up, and ATC knows exactly how we want the trees done and they execute exceptionally. The cleanup afterwards is always thorough, and they leave our place looking even better than when they found it. Jose is very responsive and friendly, and their pricing quite reasonable. Not the absolute cheapest, but with anything in life, you get what you pay for. They're our go-to tree service, for sure. Thank you for taking care of us, ATC!

Best tree service in Bakersfield. Third time I have used them at my house and my mother in laws. Only service I will call in the future. Have had trees trimmed, removed and stumps ground. Best prices around and quality work. They have all the equipment needed to do high quality work. Excellent clean up. Property and street looked great when they were done. Saved the Day! I had five overgrown eucalyptus trees that were dropping several large branches during the recent windstorms and needed help fast. I called Advanced from a recommendation and was impressed! These guys are affordable, skilled, quick, safe, easy to communicate with. Showed up early and ready to go, got the whole job done in a day and trimmed up some smaller trees with a 'add-order' at the last minute. They even cleaned up more than the mess they made, leaving everything in tip top shape. Quality crew, quality work. My go-to from now on!
