Very professional, dependable and honest. The owner and all employees knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

We had two 30 year old Redwoods that are lifting the sidewalk, driveway and too near the sewer/water meter. Used Yelp to get multiple bids and not only was JOE at Cut Rite Tree Service the best price but had the best customer reviews. I can see why!! Excellent communication, prompt and that’s not all, the two man team with foreman Raphael were VERY committed to quality work did above and beyond my expectations. I added them to my call list and highly recommend this local company!

I had five large (40- 80') hazard Sycamore, Liquid Amber, and Pecan trees severely topped and pruned clear of vehicle parking areas. Joe responded immediately to my initial call. He stopped by within the hour, listened patiently to what I needed done, and provided me an accurrate estimate/bid. He willingly answered my questions about their State licensing and insurance coverage, and provided me with up-to-date copies of all insurance documentation. Very professional! The friendly crew was fully competent, well trained, and well equipped with spotlessly maintained 65' boom (bucket) truck and waste chipper. They arrived on time - to the minute. They did the work exactly as I asked, provided helpful suggestions, and cleaned up every leaf and wood chip, with zero damage to my buildings, fences, gardens or livestock. They took great care to avoid and protect my wife's flower gardens located directly below their work on one big tree. This is a very professional operation and I recommend them very highly. They did a tremendous job removing my tree. They were finished in 3 hours and their cleanup was impeccable. The crew went above and beyond what I was expecting and saved me many hours of work. If you care about the health of your trees and how they look after proper pruning, DO NOT use this company!! They did not 'trim' my trees, they TOPPED them! They destroyed my trees that I have been having trimmed by ASI Certified Arborists, exclusively, for the last 18 years. My previous arborist retired, so I got several quotes and Cut it Right was not the cheapest, but seemed very knowledgeable and concerned about the long term health of the trees. NOT SO! It will take many years for my trees to look healthy, again, if they ever do.

I emailed Joe to set up an appointment to get an estimate for our elm tree branches that broke off. He called back and came out the next day. His crew came out and did a great job. Cleaned up the mess and very professional. Isaac kept us informed about what the plan was and asked questions about if there was anything else that needed to be done before the crew left. We were impressed with the work. We even called Joe back to do another trim job on our Redwood Ash. If I can give more than 5 stars, I would have. I highly recommend this company.

Joe was one of the 3 tree services I contacted that returned my call and came out for an estimate. Professional and friendly crew, have lots of equipment to do the job, and I will use them again. I appreciate that they are arborists too.
