Citywide Tree Service

Terrible service, they have an offer up account selling what I'm guess are the remains from trees they cut down, and the person responding was offended by my question. It's not my fault you can't write in standard English. Either use punctuation or be detailed. If they don't know what offer up is for, then they shouldn't be trusted with your business. Watch out. Something isn't right. Update the person reported my offerup account as fake now I can't sell things I no longer use, unless I upload my government ID on the internet(offerup) to a third party. Dude grow up. You're a grown adult now I have to put my private information online because you didn't like me leaving a review about your terrible customer service. Speaking of which service starts from the point of first interaction, that includes texts. Not only that but now I am getting a vast amount of scam calls daily since our interaction. Grow up Don't give your money to someone that tries to humilaite someone, then doesn't like it when they get educated. We've all heard "don't make stupid people famous" with this company is don't give your hard earned money to snobby people.

They came out the same day I called for an estimate. The very next day I had a palm tree and stump removed. I was happy to know my neighbor had a huge pine tree removed as well. No more mess in my pool.

Perfect job. The crew came on time and completed the work as requested. They cleaned up the entire place before they left. Very professional 👏.

I've worked twice with Ubaldo and his team. Both times they arrived same day and took care of the job. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards as well. We will continue to use Ubaldo in the future.

I called for estimate and he came right away. I asked 3 different people for estimates and only 2 responded. Citywide was the first to respond and came right away . I needed a tree removed from my rental that was growing into the wires and ruining the roof on the garage. He gave me the estimate in a timely matter and removed the troublesome tree plus a few other trees I had that were problems. He removed the stumps and cleaned up my rental yard from the trees and any that fell into my neighbors yard. He was reasonably priced compared to the other estimate and easy to work with. He also has a valid license, I checked to make sure it was valid and workman’s Comp and Insured. Highly recommend this company and if I ever need any other assistance this will be the first one I call. Thank you for your excellent work in a timely matter.

I was gathering estimates from tree specialist for my fruit trees that have a fungus problem. Umbaldo was their representative. I ask him for an estimate in writing with a treatment plan. What he was using etc. There are several trees. I waited for an estimate that never came. He brought his crew on my property without my permission. I wasn’t planing on using him because he wanted 2x the amount that the other professionals wanted. Super unprofessional. And now he is coming back on my property asking for payment. Watch out! I’m a senior citizen and this has been very stressful.

Estimate and work done on same day. We had 3 trees and 4 hibiscus plants removed. Also our Avocado tree trimmed. They know what they are doing, EXCELLENT team of workers.

Two years later Ulbaldo knocks on my door asking if I need tree trimming. As it turns out I did. His company, City Wide, did the work last time and he offered to do the new work same-day. His price was 15% higher than last time but still reasonable. I have 5 ficus and a nearby olive tree that needed attention. The ficus are huge. The crew of 5 resized and shaped the trees very nicely accommodating my special requests. They were cautious when working near the ground cover, plants and fences not damaging any of them with falling debris. Another thing that I enjoyed was how pleasant the crew was, and they worked hard. The job took about 5 hours.
