ACAB is awesome! They dropped 5 trees and moved a bunch of logs around on our property. They do quick work and are a very nice team. Highly recommend

These guys are the BEST! We have property in Dunsmuir and needed a few dead trees removed. We had tried two other tree services first and one never got back to us and the second one gave us a bid and then never showed. I then called A Cut Above and they immediately returned my call and set up for an estimate. Work was scheduled right away. One tree was in a tricky location and they removed it without a problem. They were clean and professional-I will never use anyone else.

Great experience from start. Tom took the time to walk the 5ac property and recommend what needed to be done to make property look great and be fire safe. Very clear on costs and came in per estimate. The team showed up on time and were amazingly respectful, got to work and did nonstop the entire day. Ok, stopped for lunch but back at it quickly! Don’t hesitate to be clear on what you want done, they will take care of it and exceed your expectation!

From Tom, who came out to give me an estimate and kept in close contact as we rescheduled the work because of snow, to the professional crew who came on time (to the dot!) to do the work, my experience with A Cut Above has likewise been a stellar one. Friendly, professional, fast. We had ACA come out to remove 7 large trees, including one through the deck. Everyone was courteous and knew their stuff. Whole crew took the time to introduce themselves. They cleaned up and didn't leave rounds in the driveway or walkways. Definitely recommend.

I had A Cut Above take down 7 oaks and trim at least another 7 at mine and my neighbors houses in McCloud. It was a pleasure to watch how well they worked together. Their attention to safety and how they approached the job shows a high degree of training. The equipment, including the quarter million dollar 75 foot boom truck, is first rate. The amount of work that they are able to accomplish in a day is astounding. The multi stemmed oaks had probably never been touched in their lifetimes. These are true arborists who know how make the trees look great while keeping them healthy. Both myself and my neighbor are very happy with having more light, less leaves and acorns while being able to see the gracefulness of the 90 foot tall oaks. This is the company to hire. Because of house guest I chose to wait a couple of days before writing this. I have a small orchard of 24 (badly stressed) fruit trees. I wanted a professional arborist to prune my trees to assist in promoting them back to health and as good fortune to me I met Tom Brennan. Not only did Tom manicure my trees (for best growing results for the next growing season) but he patiently (and freely) gave me an education about how and when and where to prune these fruit trees. I was/am ecstatic about what I learned. What Tom showed me and "taught" me has given me the encouragement that I can provide for and take care of these fruit trees for their future growth and production. He would do the same for you!! Without hesitation I would recommend Tom Brennan (a professional arborist) to anyone who needs tree work. He is mindful, patient (for all the questions I kept asking), and instructive. This is the person you're looking for to tend your trees (with hesitation).
