Palm Desert Tree Service

Their tree removal was fine but their clean-up sucked. I had them remove 3 old mesquite trees from my yard. It was quite a project. They cleared up most of the large pieces and Justin said he would be back the next day to sweep my roof of any limbs but he never came back. The next day 3 guys came and took away the last of the stump pieces. I assumed they would come back and clean up all the small bits of bark, etc. but they NEVER came back. This morning I got out and raked the yard myself because it looked so bad. I am 76 years old with a heart problem and after paying Justin $3400 I could not afford to hire someone to clean up my yard. I would not hre them again. Posted 4/17/24.

Justin was very responsive to my initial inquiry. He came the same day we first spoke to give me a quote. His pricing is fair, he’s efficient and thorough. Just is very professional and easy to work with. We had him thin and treat two grapefruit trees and thin two palm trees. We are very pleased and will have him back next year. Honestly a terrible experience. I hired for a tree pruning and nutrient spraying service. Got the service scheduled and was told it would be finished in a day. It was not. I rescheduled for 3 different days and the service still didnt get finished. Each time I had to reach out to get any info about why they were not showing up; half the time they wouldnt answer me. They requested payment before the service was completed and said they would come back. Have not heard from them since and obviously the service was not completed. Very unhappy at the lack of communication, failure to meet at agreed upon times, and not finishing the service. Still have piles of tree trimmings around my house and the tree was never sprayed with nutrients.

I would like to Thank Justin and his crew for the amazing work they did on my trees. I thought I was going to lose both trees from the storm but Justin and his team were able to cut them back and trim the exposed roots. He hooked a cable up to his truck so the trees could be upright and then staked and secured them, these were large mesquite trees. They cleaned the property and patios. It was one of the most humid and hot days when they were working and they were always smiling and polite. I would recommend them for all your tree or sprinkler needs. Thank You Justin and your Team!

Justin and his crew did a great job! He went above and beyond in providing a quality service. We will call them again next time we need any landscape work done. They are very qualified, hard-workers.
