Black Diamond Tree Service take a lot of pride in their work, for good reason. Sean and his hardworking team safely and efficiently removed several trees that suffered storm damage and were too close to our house. They were prompt and very professional, and went above and beyond- even blowing all the sawdust off my roof so I could stain my deck the next day! I will definitely be using their services again.

Wowie! Sean and Ricky were very professional. I absolutely love the work they did on the redwood tress overhanging onto our property and above our roof. He did exactly as I asked. And to top it off, he cleaned up all the leaves on the ground, the roof and the gutters. They were punctual and got the work done in quickly and efficiently. Sean and his crew removed a giant redwood whose roots were encroaching on our foundation, pushing up a corner of the house. The proximity of the tree to the house, overhead and underground service lines, septic tank, and neighbor’s property meant there was limited available space, and that the tree could not just be dropped. Removal required a precise cutting plan, well thought out rigging and controlled execution. Limbs were rigged and cut so that they slid down the tree so not to fall on the house or overhead lines, while the felling of the tree was controlled to fall between the septic tank, other landscaping, and the neighboring fence and retaining wall. Sean was always cognizant of the safety of his crew and of our property. He was upfront and honest about this being the biggest tree he had ever removed. He brought together an experienced team of fellow tree experts who visited our site beforehand to understand the scope of the project, the space they were working with and to formulate a plan. In the end, the execution couldn’t have been more perfect. We would absolutely hire Sean again for any future tree work, and highly recommend him.

Sean is truly an incredible arborist, clearly very experienced and enjoys the craft of his work. We had a very large, very dead bull pine in our yard that was a threat if it were to fall. We called and Sean came out the same day to give us an estimate and schedule a day for the tree to come down. He showed up promptly on time that day and he and a small crew got to work; Sean did a lot of technical rigging and cabling to take down a lot of the large limbs safely and without hurting nearby trees. I appreciated his professional work ethic and completely trusted his expertise to safely remove the tree. He is also very personable and friendly, which are just bonuses to a job done very right!
