I called to get an estimate, said he would be here at a certain time. Never called, never texted, never showed up. Waited for 3 hours. Very unprofessional. Leon's Tree Service is the best person to go with.

No complaints at all- they have now done 3 separate jobs for us and every time we have been thrilled. Professional, on time, leave everything clean and looking nice. Caution for potential buyers: We hired Roberto to remove a tree stump, but unfortunately, the quality of his work was subpar. Despite multiple discussions and disagreements, he reluctantly committed to returning the next day to complete the job. Regrettably, I trusted him and made the payment based on his assurance. However, he never honored his promise and avoided our attempts to contact him. Even when we managed to reach him through a different number, he provided a series of unconvincing excuses for not finishing the job. It's advisable to steer clear of this business due to our unfavorable experience.

This last year, we had some severe tree issues and sadly lost a much-loved large mature shade tree in our front yard. Robert, the owner of @rndtreeservice came in and offered to remove the stump and roots for our school free of charge. As a private school, not funded by the state, these acts of kindness are greatly appreciated and have a big impact on our school stability. They donated their time and machinery and we wanted to extend our deepest thanks for coming out multiple days, after hours, to get this taken care of. We are so thankful for your generosity. Eric responded to my initial call right away, came out for a quote the next day. He was professional and knowledgeable, did not try to up sale me or scare me into booking the job right away like a few others that I also got quotes from. The scheduled to job for the next day once I contacted them that I was ready, showed up on time and got the job done very quickly. Cleaned up and hauled away all the trimmings too. I would definitely recommend and use them again myself!

I lost a few large branches while I was away, Roberto was responsive and gave me several options for how to manage the tree. The quality of the work was excellent, they put care into saving my tree, and communicated with me the whole way through. I would very highly recommend them!

Not only was Robert and his team quick and precise but they were above all professional. What was supposed to be a two day job (10 tree removal) turned into a one day job and everything was left nice and clean.
