Zack was great to deal with. They were available and took care of a tree I was concerned about, and even more so after they cut it down and the big oak had a hollow center. This could have caused a major issue as it was overhanging power lines and a neighbor ors house. It was taken down without incident, and other than the big rounds, which were left in 16" length for my wood stove. I just have to split them. Top notch service.

Simply exceptional professional company/crew. From the minute they arrive on scene they (five workers), are all synchronized. Twain Harte Tree Service is top notch! We needed them to do some minor tree trimming for us in a big hurry due to our insurance company trying to drop us and they responded beautifully! They were prompt, communicated quickly, did everything we asked to our specifications and their prices are reasonable to boot! Considering we don't live in the area full-time, Zack and Erin were wonderfully accommodating and easy to work with. I initially called Twain Harte Tree Service because I wanted a licensed arborist assessing my property and the tree work that needed to be done. Zack Nye fits the bill beautifully. They are so great to work with! I have used them several times and have been very happy with their work. They always leave the area clean when finished with the job. This last time, I had a vet sick, pretty large oak tree to be removed. They were able to take it down before bad weather brought it down. Highly recommend this company!!!
