I was referred to this place by a mutual friend. Jesse, the owner showed up and gave me a free estimate and I scheduled with him to trim up my queen palm tree. I also had him look at 2 liquid amber trees that I have, but he advised me not to trim them due to some rotting he pointed out to me. At that point I knew I was going to be treated honestly as he took the time to explain to me why that was not a good idea. He showed up today with his crew and they got right to work and arrived exactly on time. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work that they performed. That’s Jesse himself in the bucket lift performing his sculpting skills with the chainsaw. His crew cleaned everything up afterwards and left the area cleaner than it was before they arrived. I would highly recommend them for all of your arborist needs.

I made an appointment two months of advance. I communicated several Times how important this appointment was because my home insurance was at risk of cancellation unless I trimmed a few trees. The day of the appointment I receive a call that they will be cancelling because it was too “windy” (the windy had stopped completely by noon) Jesse told he would call me to reschedule. He never did. I called the office three times and no one ever picked up or called back. I left a message here through Facebook, which was acknowledged but she never offered another appointment time. Extremely unprofessional company that has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will make sure to spread the word to not use this company the next time someone asks for a recommendation. Luckily, I was able to find another licensed company to help me with my trees. do not use this company if you value your time and patience. EDIT: the company decided to reply to my review with the blatant lie that I did not call them after they cancelled my appointment. Here is a screenshot of my call log of the day and it shows I attempted to call them 4 times. All of them atleast an hour apart. So not only is this company unorganized, unprofessional, but they are blatant liars as well.

Our experience with Inland Arbor has been above and beyond our expectations. We had just one large tree to be trimmed and it came out perfect. They also cleaned up to our satisfaction. Jesse set us up for yearly trimming. Thank you Jesse and Lilliana.

First class all around service. Jessie is solid and a pro at his craft, no question. He works right along side his crew. They are all highly skilled, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend and will be using in the future!

Inland Arbor has taken care of our huge Chinese Elm twice now. Very professional and excellent work. Their response time is swift.

Jesse and his crew did an amazing job. Had several trees that were overgrown and needed trimming, as well as a very large stump that needed removing. Very reasonable pricing. I will definitely use their service again ,as I have more trees that will need to be trimmed/removed.

I called Wednesday and left a message in the morning. My call was returned and Wednesday afternoon Jesse the owner was over to give me an estimate which was very reasonable! My appointment was scheduled for the next day. They arrived about 30 minutes early and my huge trees were cut down and gone, stumps and a big root grinded, my yard raked, stump areas covered with my existing rocks, and they were done in less than 4 hours! I’m a very happy customer! I would highly recommend this business!

Just had Inland Arbor come in and remove 2 redwoods and one birch. They were on time and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Jesse gave me great advice on making sure my remaining redwoods , sequoia and pines stay healthy. They completed their work in 1 1/2 hours. Great job and dependable!
