Devin was soooo helpful and very patient with me. This was my first time ordering windows and there was afew changes and corrections that needed to be made. Also got the best price I shopped around afew different places and they had the best price for me. Thank you for the great service!

Not a good experience with this company and won’t use again. Had multiple issues. Ordered 3 doors The sales associate who came to do the order said the order would take 6wks. The doors were not in till 4months later. The doors were not the style I ordered and the door that was supposedly “special order” was not measured correctly so I had to wait again 2 1/2 wks to get the door I ordered. When we received that door it was the wrong style and didn’t match the original doors that were put in. Plus there was arguments on what was quoted. On a small order it was botched from the beginning.

I've been trying for 5 months to get a job as an installer because I have 40 years experience and his secretary has told me he would call me back about six times in the five months telling me we need installers and he will get right back with with you and never did. I would never do that to one of my clients and I've had many throughout the years as well. I would question this company From do character alone. As you can see by his reply that he's very greedy and selfish. What's wrong asking for a job? Perhaps he needs to learn to spell as well. Use somebody else, this company has red flags all around it. Anybody could get friends to make a 5-star rating.

This was the first place we went to in Big Bear to get all of our windows replaced. At first, they were nice. They came out and took measurements. Then... Crickets. Couldn't get them to return a text or phone call. Finally went out and asked what had happened to the estimate. They were rude and curt and said they had decided not to do the job. Just like that. No explanation. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I've used Best Windows & Doors twice at my cabin in Sugarloaf. First, they replaced a back door for us, we had them add an extra large dog door I had purchased, as well as a window to the door, they worked with me to ensure the measurements would be correct as to not compromise the structure of the door, and that door truly turned out to be one of our (and our dogs') favorite parts of our remodel. I don't have any "before" shots of the back door, just two "after" photos. It is a quality door with everything we needed, it was installed properly, framed well. About a year later we decided to update our windows. I do have some before-and-after of the windows (the old silver framed, and the new black-framed windows). Again, quality work by a quality company. Everyone at Best has been courteous and a joy to work with. I particularly enjoyed getting to know my window installers, Jeremy and Matt. They are great people, very hard-working, they pay attention to details, they are super courteous, and they just do fantastic work. I highly recommend Best Windows & Doors in the Big Bear area. Special shout-out to Jeremy, he is a class act, he works super hard, and he makes sure you're happy with everything. Thank you, Jeremy and everyone at Best!

Ordered a new chalet window. They came out the same day to prepare their bid. Called w price w/in 24 hours. No competition since the otr local company could not come out to look at it for nearly a month! We loved the price and the guys were friendly, efficient and quick! It was a half hour from start to finish. That includes the time to make my pit bull comfortable with their presence. If there were 10 stars, they would get all of them! Thanks guys. You are the Best!

Best just completed installing 11 new Milgard windows in our Big Bear Lake cabin. We had contacted both Best and Bear Valley Glass for quotes. With Bear Valley Glass, they had to make an appointment about 8 days out. Called the day before and had to reschedule the appointment. The new appointment was the afternoon, three days later. They showed up in the morning so I wasn't there to meet them and discuss the process. It took them three days and several calls to get the quote. It was emailed, hand written, lacked detail, and was almost illegible. Devin, with Best was there the next day. He spent all the time I needed to get all my questions answered. I received the quote the next day. It included diagrams of each window with a summary of finishes, features, and dimensions. It also included a detailed explanation of what was included, time required, and method of installation. The labor estimates for Best and Bear City Glass were very close. Best was about $1,000 less that Bear City for the materials (windows). I found that strange because both companies were bidding the identical Milgard windows, finishes, and sizes. Needlessly to say, I called Best and told them they got the job. The next day they had their installation foreman, Hugo, come by to meet me and reconfirm all the dimensions, finishes, and answer any additional questions that I had. The next day they called me to confirm that the window order had been turned in and that Milgard was starting the window manufacturing process. Two weeks later, they called again to confirm the installation date. Two days prior to the scheduled installation date, they called again to reconfirm the installation date and time. Hugo and his crew of six factory trained installers showed up on time when scheduled (unusual for Big Bear Lake Contractors). It took them 1 1/2 days to install the 11 windows. Everyone knew what to do and they worked really well together. As they progressed with the installation, they kept their work areas clean and were always courteous, efficient, and respectful of our home. I am pleased to write this recommendation for Best Windows and cannot complement them enough on their customer service from start to finish, efficiency, pricing, and quality of work. And - we love the Milgard Windows. Mike B
