This company is great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We replaced our shower door and everything went so smoothly. They have an awesome staff. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I would have to get Bear City Glass a 0 rating. I went there 3 times to get on there schedule and I called 3 times with being promised that someone would call me back. I live 1 minute away from them! All I wanted was a screen door maybe the job was to small and they just didn't care. Just plain bad business. I went with the only other glass and doors in big bear and they took great care of me.

They tried to meet my time restraint, and did a fairly good gob. I felt they fell through on the final expectations.

I called them to ask if they could do something. The lady who answered was pretty short with me, first insisted what I wanted wasn't possible (it is), then insisted I send an email to them with the information. I did, included pictures and another company's installer PDF and everything. No response.

They took care of what we needed done they are a little more expensive than other places but service is good

I took a sliding screen door in one afternoon and picked it up the next day. They did good work and charged $31.00. The next time the racoons wreck the screen door I'll take it right back over and have them do it again.
