Save Energy Windows and Doors

John's company went above and beyond on our window installation. Having the owner come out to your house and follow up on how things went afterwards was a super nice touch. Our initial consultation with Daidra was also great. She took her time with us and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!

We worked with Save Energy to replace our 70s era large living room windows one of which was a large trapezoidal window that was no longer up to code. Not only did we receive excellent advice with regards to types of windows, John and his crew helped us decide how to reconfigure the window into two sections. The work crew was incredible, sparing no attention to detail. We are thrilled with the results!

I highly recommend Save Energy for windows replacement. They installed 15 new windows in our house and accommodated our wacky schedule when some one in the house got sick. They were very responsive to our requests to do touch ups. Their crew is very easy to work with and respectful of the house and people in the house. I know I can count on them for their promise to help with any of the windows needing attention in the future.

We had a wonderful experience. We got several quotes to have our windows and sliding glass door replaced. Save energy was the most reasonable and great quality product while also being the quickest time quoted to get the windows made and installed. It was no pressure sales and I felt they were very transparent. We unexpectedly had our little one born early and home for our scheduled install day. The crew that came to do the install was super respectful about having a newborn in the house and worked quickly and efficiently to get the install completed in half a day even with it raining all day. They worked very cleanly with drop cloths around the house. The windows look great and immediately we could notice a huge decrease in outside noise and how much our heat was kicking on compared to our old single pane windows. Highly recommend save energy for window and door replacements. When we get our front door replaced soon we will for sure use save energy again.

I manage 89 Apts in Novato. We LOVE Save Energy for our new double pane windows that we have had installed for 10 Apts at a time. I got several bids & Save Energy was the most reasonable. This is our 3rd time now using Save Energy & I must say that they are so PROFESSIONAL in the way they communicate with me and how they get the job done with the guys cleaning up so thoroughly. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Save Energy for their incredible customer service and ultra high standards for integrity. One side of my building gets battered by the storms and causes everything to expand and contract. That sometimes jams the lock on my sliding glass patio door. I bought my windows/doors in 2017, and Save Energy really means it when they say "lifetime warranty". They've come out twice to make adjustments and ensure the door keeps working smoothly. Not only do I get a next day service call, Antonio is the picture of professionalism - fast, helpful, gets the job done right, brings spare parts in case he needs them, explains everything in a courteous and straight forward way (never talks down to the customer), and even refused a cash tip (talk about integrity!!). I couldn't be happier with Save Energy and they've done an amazing job through the pandemic which caused so many small businesses to fold. So happy I used this company and highly recommend to others.

From start to finish, A #1 positive experience! Office staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! The gentlemen that came to install the window were fabulous; on time, very capable, and paid the greatest attention to making sure our home didn't look like a war zone by covering all areas with tarp to protect floors and surfaces. Something else worth noting; rain was expected on the day that they were scheduled, and they still came! Thank goodness the weather gods smiled favorable on us, and held off until they were finished... Thumbs up for the good work, and dedication :) Thank You...!
