Renewal by Andersen Window Replacement

My husband and I were going to check out a couple of window companies; however, after our appointment with Renewal by Andersen we knew we had the company for us. During the window measurements, Curran Jones the Installation manager was quick, thorough, courteous and very informative with questions I had during his visit. I highly recommend this company.

The purchasing process was full of high pressure sales techniques and straight out lies (in August we were told by the sales lady we would be installed in December, it happened in March). Our sales rep also said they would be at the install, they were not. The company phone people were all great and helped out tremendously. They helped me parse out the contract and explained the time-line better and more truthfully than the sales lady. The install team was amazing! The guys were all respectful, hard working and fun to be around. We had 11 windows and a sliding door done and they did it in less than 8 hours. The two teams that arrive worked well together and helped each other when needed. What an amazing process to watch, I might, MIGHT, have gotten the door installed in that time. After having the windows and door for a week, I am very happy with the end result. The front end could be better but all in all we are pretty happy with the looks, function and insulation value.

Met with this company on July 7 2022 during the middle of our home renovations because we wanted to replace our extremely drafty windows from 1984. They told us that they could replace our windows in December of 2022 at the latest and “didn’t want to over promise and under deliver” and that it would likely be sooner than that. Even though we were hoping the windows would come before then since it would already be cold, we still decided to go with this company because we liked the quality and warranty of the windows. They informed us about four months later our new install date would be in March. It was then I started to reach out to our representative Marty about getting compensation for the cost of our heating bill being much more through the winter. I have reached out multiple times and have been told someone would reach back out to me. It has been over a year since I originally reached out to someone and still have not heard back from anyone. We are now getting a notice to be sent to collections. I feel like I have tried multiple avenues to reach someone to discuss this and this is another attempt in hopes that someone will reach out to me about this. I am sad to say that as it stands I would not recommend this company to anyone given the lack of communication when something goes wrong.

Rob and Gerry were EXCELLENT in their respective job visits to our home in sales and window measuring. Both were very knowledgeable as to any and all aspects of the job at hand and answered every single question I had r/t all aspects of the job with a smile, were respectful and spoke slowly and clearly for our older ears and brains (!) to comprehend and we didn't feel rushed at all. Good job guys!

Absolutely positive experience with my window replacements (19 windows). Crew was profession, highly experienced - gave us updates as work progressed through the day. Every crew member had their detailed job to perform, no chit chatting, no loud music, just professional work. Arrived on job as scheduled, crew leader reviewed what was to be done, asked me if I had any questions , crew protected work areas and proceeded to do a fantastic job. Super smart decision to go with Renewal for this size project. Worth every penny!! Sales representative gave us best possible choices/ options for windows. TV commercials are no bull …. They are what they say.

Will and Zavier were some of the most professional people I have ever worked with. They were prompt, communicative, and very clean with their work. Every install crew should be like these two. I’ll request them when I install more windows!!

Great sales person Ian was the man. Totally felt comfortable in our purchase of new windows. He explained everything to us and showed and explained the financing. Would definitely recommend your company.

They came out and they were very professional. Lived up to every promise that was made to me. I am very happy with my door. I like the colors the high quality of the door is very secure and I don't have any drafts coming in.
