Russel was wonderful to work with! I found him on Thermatru's website as a certified installer, ROC/BBB checked out, and reviews all seemed authentic and happy with his work. He responded to communication promptly, and he came out with samples of various doors and their pros and cons. He explained how different variations of doors and options could have wild effects on the end price, and pointed us at ProVia doors for their quality, along with their online customization tool to get what exactly what we want. We put it together, he sent us what the cost directly from ProVia would be, and he handled the ordering and pickup. We ordered 2 doors, one for our garage which was a plain metal, and another more intricate front door with a different color on the outside. Doors arrived exactly as ordered, and he and his crew had them installed within a few hours. Everyone was professional and friendly, they kept everything clean, and they did a great job on the installation. It's only been a few days, but we love the doors so far, and really appreciate the the time Russel spent helping us decide. I had not heard of ProVia until he mentioned them, and while they seem to be on the pricier side, they seem to be well worth the cost. I cannot say for sure what kind of deal we got as we did not get other quotes, but at no point did I feel like Russel was marking anything up, or upselling us on anything we didn't need. He was always happy to show us other options at different price points from other vendors, including Home Depot/Lowes. Our goal however was a high quality and energy efficient door, in a great color that we didn't have to paint ourselves, and that is exactly what we received. I am very happy we found Russel Home Improvement, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a new door installed.

I am so happy I found Russ. I’ve had three handyman in My Home for the past six weeks, and none of them compared to the professionalism and skill. He and his staff quickly installed six floating shelves, and fixed a few other things that the other handyman didn’t quite get right. His pricing is very reasonable. I will be referring Russ and his crew to all my friends.
