We wanted a new walk-in shower installed in one of our bathrooms, and this was an excellent process beginning to end. We were able to get an appointment to have someone to come out within a few days. Lorne, the sales person was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. We felt we got a fair price for what we ordered. Chris, from the local office went above and beyond when we had asked for a sample, so we could match the countertop we were going to order (unfortunately Dreamstyle does not offer vanity countertops). Scott Barnes, the Installer was on time, and his expertise for the install was outstanding. He was also very friendly, and cleaned the area well before he left at the end of each day. We would definitely recommend the team at Dreamstyle.

Really terrible experience so far in the pre-sales / sales experience. I called them for a quote on a new door. Simple. Appointment #1 - The sales rep didn't show up for the appointment, 30 minutes late, I finally called them (no call from them), to learn he had an emergency and wouldn't be coming. A phone call would have been great, as both of us took time out of work to sit home for the appointment, but emergencies do happen. Back to the telemarketing call center to schedule appointment #2.... it is set for Monday. In the interim, a slimy sounding telemarketer calls from the inside sales center, a gentleman named Justin, to confim appointment #2. He absolutely insists on running through he sale pre-qualification script.....uggh.... is the homeowner going to be there? Am I going to replace the door? Do I know that is has to be an exterior door? As I'm explaining to him that we just need to confirm the appointment and getting more and more frustrated by the minute he argues with me that he has to follow the script and hangs up on me. I called back and escalated it to a manager, absolutely unacceptable! Wow, well I was assured they would be there for the next appointment and the manager apologized for my extremely rude treatment. Appointment #2, this past Monday, once again, a no show. At least this time they called to let us know they wouldn't be coming, unfortunately, of course, we both took the morning off of work to meet the sales rep. The call center rep (you can't actually reach anyone who actually works in the store location by the way), asked if we would be available at a number of inconvenient times, had no other available times and apologized, but someone would need to call us on Tuesday. Tuesday (today), I get a call from an SDR who is now trying to "set" an appointment. No knowledge of any of this history with this clearly customer focused organization. After setting a 3rd appointment, she explains her manager will then have to call me to confirm the appointment. I'm expecting another round of qualification questions and someone who isn't even aware of how they've treated a potential customer to call me soon. I'm sure they will also not honor the discounted pricing they said expires on 10/31....because the sales rep won't make it here before then. Big red warning flags... "are both owners of the home going to be present?".... "will you allow 90 minutes to spend with the sales rep?".... I'm expecting a "Tin Man" to show up and try and pressure me into buying a new door on the spot. I don't even know if they have the product I'm looking for, because they won't answer any of my questions on the phone. This is a really old school call center, high pressure sales operation, and although I haven't seen a sales person yet, I'm expecting the worst. It is VERY concerning you can't even reach someone in the local office, I'm really concerned if I did buy something from this organization would the installers even show up? What if I had a problem....would I also be directed back to the sales call center who has no customer knowledge at all? Really poor way to run a business. The more I think about it ...just wow....should I even meet with these people? Be warned and very very cautious in dealing with these people. Tin Men. Update: I did contact the email below to share my concerns before the company replied to this post. No contact from them, no response at all.

Our new shower demolition and installation was supposed to take 2 days but Scott and Kelly had it done in one day. The product is absolutely beautiful. They did a wonderful job and were some of the most professional, considerate and pleasant contractors we have had doing work in our home, and we've had a lot in the last 4 years since our home was built in 1996. They obviously enjoy working together and were a great team. They were absolute perfectionists. These two deserve a raise. We were very lucky to have them install our new shower.

Our initial contact at Dreamstyle Remodeling, Design Consultant John Boswell, was very professional. He was attentive to our needs in replacing a sliding glass patio door. His suggestions were very good and his final recommendation regarding door manufacturer, model, material, and style were spot on. Very shortly thereafter, Chris came out to inspect and measure our existing door and framework. He too was very courteous and helpful, further explaining the delivery and installation process. The door delivery date given to us was reasonable given the customized size door we required. We were pleasantly surprised when our delivery date was accelerated! The installation team of Scott M. and Ayden B. were terrific! They were very professional, courteous, and thorough. They worked hard preparing the work area, removing the old door, prepping the door frame, and installing the new door and screen. They explained different parts of the installation and fully demonstrated the door/screen/lock operation when completed. They also did a great job cleaning the work area. We couldn’t be happier with our new door and highly recommend the entire Dreamstyle Remodeling team. We will use them again for our additional remodeling needs!

The gentlemen that installed our new showers were the epitome of professional. They were on time, immediately began work, and made sure to update me on their progress and any concerns. Kory & Rock were amazing. I am so happy with the work they did. They made sure to do everything necessary to fix the issues and did everything necessary to prevent the issues from reoccurring. From the salesman to the installer, everyone was on time and professional. I have a strawbale house, so the windows were not perfectly square. Dreamstyle made the windows an inch or two smaller than the originals and was able to adjust the new windows to be perfectly square. The installer, Jay Kurtz, worked tirelessly until the job was done. He is a real professional. It took not only an installer but also a remodeler to get these windows in right. These are great windows.

I took a chance and contacted Dreamstyle Remodeling because of a flyer I received, just to get some information. I was so impressed, I signed up n the spot for them to replace my old sliding glass doors. My new doors are amazing and beautiful! I couldn't believe that their installer, John L., managed to keep everything so neat and clean, then he took the time to show me how to use the doors. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and answered every concern I have. Plus, they have so many benefits and payment options. I'm already planning a few more projects for them!
