Renewal by Andersen of Western Washington

I chose Renewal by Andersen because of their reputation and quality of their products. My home was built in 1961 and after having my windows and doors replaced once before, I was needing to replace the sliding glass door again. The installation part of my project inadvertently turned into three phases. First all windows were replaced. The door could not be installed because of wood rot in the lower part of the frame (the rot was a result of a pet door installed in the old sliding door). After having the wood rot repaired, a second install team was scheduled to install the door. The second team set up, but after unveiling the custom made door they found a crack in the frame and could not proceed with the installation. As all windows and doors are custom made, a new frame needed to be the fabricated. The new frame arrived and a third install team scheduled. Cody H, Chris L, and Eric T were superb. From beginning to end (as with all Renewal by Andersen installation teams) they were professional and courteous. Cody telephoned to notify me of their departure and estimated arrival time; his communication thoroughness throughout the day was exceptional as was their set up, installation, tear down and clean-up. My project is finally complete and I am in awe of my new windows and sliding door!

Robert and Tristian showed up on time. Protected the house with shoe covers and installed gorgeous bed room windows. Were polite and super nice guys. The windows were matched to the previous windows installed by Anderson. I can’t recommend them enough from first phone call to final job. Just an amazing company to work with.

It was time for the house in Spanaway to have windows replaced, for maintaining the investment of property as well as family livability. Renewal By Andersen of Western Washington was the choice made in July and installers Larry A. and Ben H. were scheduled to start work September 25, 2023. The young men arrived promptly on-time and started with the three windows in the breakfast nook. Afterward, they showed us how to open and tilt windows inward. It was really cool, and I loved their enthusiasm for the work. The weather varied day to day, with strong winds and rain by mid week. Larry A. and Ben H. remained focused as they continued onto the dining room, living room, exercise room, guest room, master bath and bedroom. They remained professional and very pleasant. One room had an extraordinary smaller window, so Larry A. designed and cut out an inner sill of hemlock to secure window area from any gaps. It was also beautiful! The exterior casing had metal corners and although they lined up, they were sharp, and I was concerned about safety. The following day, Ben H. smoothed out the corners with a tool he just purchased and added a small putty-like hardening sealer. It worked! It looked good and the corners wouldn't poke or injure anyone. He continued to do this to all the other window exterior casing corners. What made the experience so nice was the two young men, Larry A. and Ben H. They were skilled to do an excellent job, but they were also creative in solving problems (The custom hemlock inner window border for guestroom, and making sharp exterior corners safe and attractive). They had character and cared about their workmanship. They arrived on time daily (showing dedication and respect), and only left when they completely finished and knew we were satisfied. It was very good! I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen of Western Washington.They have a highly competent team!

They came to the front door with shoe covers Introduced them selves Adam B and Taylor R found the door to be replaced. Looked over the area and were very considerate of our home and the best way to access the slider. I was impressed with their attention to detail and leaving the existing property in perfect condition. They covered the inside with tarps and also protected our deck. There was a few features that we were given options we did even know we had. They did an excellent job and displayed expert craftsmanship. They also took the old door and frame and cleaned it all up. They left everything clean They also showed us the door and screen and how to secure both. I would recommend this company and think our installers did an excellent job.

We have owned our home in Lake Tapps WA for more than 25 years and our South facing windows had failed. We had seen Renewal by Andersen adds and gave them a call. After getting signed up, we had the whole process financed through Greensky who they work with, which included a no-cost option if paid in a year. The first payment was made for the window build, and the crew was scheduled for the install. The installation team came on schedule and greeted us at our home: Chris J, Chris L, Larry, Myron, and Isidro. They explained what they would be working on, and the process. They protected the inside of our home and set up their equipment, and went right to work, including setting up for safety of the crew with harnesses and securing ladders and scaffolding. Within eight hours they removed and replaced all (6) South facing windows, including caulking and inside trim. Absolutely beautiful install, and the quality of the Andersen windows is amazing. We paid for performance windows with coating that blocks a large percentage of heat transfer from the outside… we could immediately tell the difference when we went through the final walkthrough with Chris. Overall, we are very impressed and satisfied. The cost is worth the high quality. The crew completely cleaned up the job site and inside as well after ensuring the windows were clean and spotless. Very impressive work! We would use Renewal By Andersen again for certain.

I'm delighted with the quality of workmanship and sliding glass doors as well as the windows! I had a prior experience that was traumatic with my home and Renewal by Anderson was able to come and repair the damage and put my house back to the way it was supposed to look! The crews were very nice and was easy to have them in my home working. They were here on time every day. Very hard workers, and im very pleased with the job that was done. You get what you pay for thats for sure. I would recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone who is looking to get new windows in their home. Our windows and door look amazing! We were very impressed by the project manager and the installation team. They did perfect work and cleaned up. They were on time every day and looked and acted professionally every minute of our interaction. This company’s attention to detail is very evident. They were more expensive but the experience and quality were worth it. We will get more windows next year from them on a phase two! Thank you to Katie, Adam, Tim, Kobe, Kalob and Paul!

10 Stars all around! We had seven windows replaced. I cannot believe how well these came out. And, I don't have to paint over their work either! Curtis H and Trevor B handled the last part of our installation. Curtis had two other workers for the first part. ALL of these gentlemen were a joy to be around and work with. Knowledgeable, polite, professional, clean and timely - couldn't have asked for better workers. Thank you to Betty our project manager and thank you Renewal - we will enjoy these windows for years to come! Notice the pictures of the sills - these are my original sills. They cut out the old windows and installed the new ones placing a smooth bead of caulk at the cut. I cannot tell that it was even cut. Great Job!
