We had Royal windows replace our bay window in our home in Hot Springs Village . They did an excellent job. On time and everything was spotless when they left. Well since we had such a wonderful experience , we decided to have them replace all the windows in our home in Louisiana. They did a fablous job. Windows look great. Royal's salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Preston the installer was a soft spoken gentleman who was enjoyable to work with. Preston could have done the 13 windows in one day but if you know Mississippi's summers, it is very hot and muggy. We had a couple of screens that were damaged on arrival and Royal had them fixed in less than 2 weeks. Very satisfied.

I love my new windows. They keep out the heat from the sun better than I thought possible! Everyone I dealt with, from the salesman, to the installers, to the general manager did a phenomenal job. And they look awesome! Does this look like a double wide, mobile home to you?
