5/03/2024 update: they called again after we asked many times to be put on a do not call list asking for referral because they "are in our area". My wife told the person calling we would not recommend them to ANYONE. I would like to officially ask them to not call us again for either windows or solar and we WILL NOT BE Referring them to ANYONE. And stop the mailers as well. 1/12 update had to seal over the bathroom window to stop the ❄️ cold wind from coming in. 11/02 update: had to hang up a blanket over the windows to keep it warm in the bedroom... 10/18 update: looks like I'm not the only one that has issues with them calling too much... see latest photo 10/07 Update: using the same type of temperature gauge they say " does not lie" shows a 10 degree difference between the wall and center of windows, lots of cold radiating from the windows. See the last two photos posted. 10/06 update now suntek solar energy (based on the same building) called and said they noticed we got windows and wanted to know if we wanted solar as well..... NOT FROM ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH WINTEK!!!! Update: watched many installation videos from other window companies NONE of which installed how wintek did!! Wish we had never heard of Wintek. First they called and called to set up a demo, even when I asked them to stop. Finally said go ahead shows the demo. Wife signs contract I refused. Windows were supposed to be installed and we took off work. Called to say installer sick and reschedule. Went back and forth on dates and we had to delay because of tooth injury to kid. (Ever had construction going on nearby with a toothache?) Water heater leak damaged house and we have to fix a lot. Called and asked to delay till August because of financial issues. Threatened collections. Had lawyer contact them to stop collections and tried to get them to cancel contract ( we read other negative reviews and because of the threat no longer wanted anything to do with Wintek.) They of course refused even though I never signed the contract and my name is on it. My job contract ended and decided not to renew. We really had too much going on with the house repair but they installed in August. Saw termite damage and mentioned to installer he Said he would " just foam it". Took thermal imaging of the windows in master bedroom and thermal imaging shows hotspot between the windows. Installer circled the completion survey and asked how good I can sign my wife's name ( would that not be fraud?) I said I can't. Called the office to see if he had to send it in or just for office. Had me sign it ( I just scribbled a little because I had to pick up my sick daughter from after school care and didn't want to leave them( the installers) there with my other two children. Put insulation panel back up. Got run around then Owners came after I posted a bad review. One with gold chain was rude to wife who had to go to work and kept saying "I don't want to argue but". The other was amicable. Then said it was installed correctly with out opening up the trim and temperature gun did not show difference ( insulation panel had just been removed so it didn't have time to change). I didn't realize that until later. Had me sign that it was ok ( even though I didn't sign the contract) Opened up the bad trim which was supposed to replaced according to the contract. Found it was nailed into termite damaged stud and no insulation between the windows and studs. Reposted bad review. Got message shown. Said they would sue me for bad reviews, called me a liar. Did not get the windows we were shown, found the ones shown on their Pinterest site. Can't post the pic here because of possible copyright. I Filed a complaint with BBB. Finance company was good though even wrote it sounds like we are being bullied to make a purchase we don't want to. MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN A DETAIL OR TWO BUT IT'S BEEN A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!! ( Just in case the owners try to use a missing detail to say I am not telling the truth.)

We love our new windows! The sales and service team were very kind. Our sales rep (who I forgot his name-sorry) explained in detail about the different styles of windows, pros and cons etc. to help us make an educated decision. The installation team took no time at all to install the windows. I highly recommend Wintek for your new windows.

This company is great! There was no high pressure sales pitch, the salesman demonstrated the windows, and was very courteous. They also had a good selection of window styles to choose from. When the installers came, they were polite and respectful. They completed the work and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in replacing their windows.

The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They removed all of the old windows from our property, after replacing them with the beautiful windows we ordered. We are extremely happy with the service and quality of work as well as the quality of the Wintek windows. I recommend them for any window needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Wintek USA to replace my old roof, and I must say the experience was exceptional. Every aspect of their service exceeded my expectations, leaving me with a brand-new roof that I am absolutely thrilled with! The level of professionalism displayed by the entire team was outstanding. I was pretty nervous at the idea of needed to purchase a roof, as I did not know where to begin or what was available. Wintek was prompt, courteous, and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answer all of my questions. I was particularly impressed with the efficiency and timeliness of the project. I just had one small snag. They originally dropped off the incorrect tile but replaced it with the right one after discovering the error. They were responsive to any concerns or inquiries I had, which further solidified my confidence in their service. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Wintek USA. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to delivering the highest quality service are truly commendable.

Warnings before using this company on November 26 this company came to my house to give me an estimate in 2023 and I needed a total of 52 windows replaced on my house ran my credit and it would only take 6 to 8 weeks for my windows to be ready but I was not approved call me back on December and the same year stating that they probably have financing available came and measured the windows again but I would have to submit my bank statements to get approved I was not willing to show my bank statements to this company, and had not heard from this company at all financing the second time wasn’t approved because there was no bank statements giving February 2024. I called another company out to give me an estimate on windows and I was approved for all 50+ windows to be installed this window company gave me the timeframe is 6 to 8 weeks. My windows will be here on the 22nd March, this is the second company on 13 March WinTec. This company shows up to my house without an appointment with. And have not heard from them. Since December showed up at my house installing windows on announce with no appointment. I’m thinking that they are the company that I scheduled in February. I wanted to tell me that I had a contract with them and for them to continue to run my credit until they find a financing company for me please be aware of this company I found out later that this company plays the shenanigans all the time installers have showed up to the house numerous amount of time to customers houses with no appointment be aware of signing contracts with this particular company though you’re not approved key word not approved. They will continue to run your credit without your consent until they find financing. And then show up at your house unannounced hundreds of days later with new windows. With no communication communication with this type of thing that Investment is very in the line of communication Hass to remain open dealing with this company from the very beginning you need to hire an attorney so the attorney can walk you through the process on ethical practices and a common respect. These people do not have be prepared. Enjoy the ride. Broke some of the windows in my house. And was going to pull the windows out that they had replace and wanted to leave my house wide open. And I demanded that that would not happen. Be aware of this company.

We purchased windows from Wintek in late January. We were pleased with the deal. When the workers arrived at our house to install the windows, they were polite, courteous, and professional. They went to work immediately, no coffee , no chit chat, just business. They worked hard until they finished the job. We got our first electric bill a few days ago, and it was less than half of the month before. The folks at Wintek are super nice, from the salesman to the workers. The windows are beautiful! We are very happy with are new windows. We had 9 windowa put in and it has made a big difference in my home. And we thank everyone that had a hand in helping us get are windows and the two men that put them in. Everyone was very professional and friendly.
