I'm very glad I went with Best Exteriors for new windows. Their pricing was competitive. Their service was excellent. Demo and installation were done in one day. It was great to see my awful, old windows get hauled off. The new windows are working perfectly, they look great, and there are no leaks. I highly recommend Best Exteriors for window installation.

Daniel was a professional sales rep who knew his products and demonstrated what they had to offer well. Other companies tried to convince me that I wanted something else. Measurement for seven windows and French doors took a couple tries but they were happy to work with me to resolve my concerns. The windows arrived at their shop faster than other companies said they could do it and just as I was going on vacation. They were happy to accommodate my schedule. We set a date for installation when I returned. They arrived on time as scheduled with a professional crew of three. The Forman Alex was clearly a craftsman that new his business and professionally installed the seven windows and French doors in a single day. They look fabulous. The crew cleaned up and I have only great things to say. Daniel followed up to ensure I was satisfied. I contacted five companies and clearly picked the best and they were the lowest priced to boot. I recommend this company!

I had a great experience with Best Exteriors from start to finish. I received a competitive quote and went with them due to their repose time and professionalism. From the quote to the measuring to the installation, everything was done in a timely manner and on my schedule. The installers were done within 8 hours, had all the windows and sliding glass doors installed and cleaned up while I was working from home. Will certainly recommend Best Exteriors.

Too bad I cannot give them zero stars. TERRIBLE service and TERRIBLE work! Do not be mislead by the other reviews. They installed windows and a sliding glass door in my home. Three complaints: 1) During the installation, they accidentally broke my neighbor's window thinking it was one of my windows that was going to be replaced. 2) Even after they finished, they did not clean up the mess they made and I found lots of small broken bits of windows in my children's room and our office. 3) I'm ok overlooking the mess and breaking my neighbor's window since they at least fixed my neighbor's window, but the worst problem is that my windows are LEAKY! The leak in one of the windows has caused extensive damage to my walls during the rainy season. And the poor installation also led of the siding coming off which lets in cold drafts. One of the primary reasons I had these double paned windows installed is to keep the house warmer! I have made repeated calls to the front office and only received one call back. The office asked for me to email them photos, which I did and then I never heard back. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES, YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF HEADACHE.

I had 30 year old aluminum windows and a sliding door that needed replacement. I called Lowes, Home Depot, Brothers Home Improvement, Pro Windows, and Best Exteriors. After all these consultations and demos, I ranked these companies based on various factors such as window quality, energy efficiency, price, warranty, customer service, financing, and past job references. After the ranking, Best Exteriors was the outright winner. They gave me the best quality window (Anlin Panorama Series), high efficiency, second lowest price, double lifetime warranty, prompt customer service, 25 months interest free financing on half the project cost, and great past job references by my neighbor. I signed the contract with Larry who was an absolute gentleman. Andrew the project lead came out a day later and measured my windows and placed the order. After about 3 weeks the windows were ready. Larry called me for an installation date and we scheduled. Rain was expected on that day and Larry contacted me to give me an earlier day when the weather was clear. He put an extra guy on the crew to make sure they completed the 13 windows and a sliding door in one day, so I wouldn’t have to take an extra day off. Andrew, Serg, and Vlad showed up on the day of the install. They came very well prepared with all windows, door, and their tools. They started the job by removing existing windows, prepping the area, installing the new windows, and adding the finishing touches. Each person worked independently and there was very little chatter. They were very respectful of my house. They made sure they used a drop cloth wherever they worked and vacuumed and picked up after themselves. The physical installation was done in a few hours and these guys spent a lot of time on the trims, caulking, applying the finishing touches, and reinstalling my blinds. You could tell that these guys wanted to do this right the first time. After almost 9 to 10 hours of being at my house they completed the job to my complete satisfaction. Larry came by after the job was done for a quick check and we made the payment and completed the final paperwork. I am very happy with my new windows and I recommend this company and this crew to anyone that is looking for windows and sliding doors.
