Specialty Glass

I looked for a local business that could assist in giving me a price quote. Unfortunately the lady that answered my call was less then helpful and less friendly. I tried to explain myself she quickly tried to get my name and number to get someone else who could help me. After getting half way through I was stopped and she attempted to take my measurements. I asked her if could give her inside or outside measurements, she basically told me that she wasn't going to explain to me how to measure the opening. Obviously frustrated she asked me to call back. No very customer service oriented. I can not recommend this business.

I sincerely thank Specialty Glass for their dedication & excellence. I have a very old Japanese wood table that needed a new glass cover. This table has a very unique glass top, which unfortunately broke over 3 years ago. The team there got me a new glass cover, and it looks wonderful! For the first time in a long time, the table looks complete!! I appreciate their dedication to quality & fine craftsmanship!!

We are a property management firm in California Central Coast. One of our rentals was in dire need of retrofit for windows and doors. Specialty Glass is one of our vendors and was selected to do the job. Well, I was truly amazed at their response time to do an estimate, how they worked well in scheduling with our tenant, and how they did the installation and when completed, how we were invoiced appropriately. To date, the Tenant was so happy with the new windows and doors. The staff is VERY Professional across the board. Thank you so much Specialty Glass, Santa Maria. We look forward to doing more business with them.

We had Specialty Glass install all new windows in our home. Milgard dual panes FTW. Great price, great service. They went above and beyond.

I spoke to a very nice person on the phone who put together a detailed quote in just a few minutes on three custom sized bathroom mirrors. She also took the time to explain the various options to me.

Called them for a quote on a custom beveled mirror. Within minutes they sent me an email with the exact price I paid. Delivery was a couple of days longer than expected, but this was during this whole Covid 19 quarantine. So delays were expected. Great service and professional people.

Great products, very good installs. Had a sliding door and screen replaced. Michael talked me into the higher end products, and I'm glad he did. I can't wait for our other slider to break so we can upgrade it too!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. Worked with the same person for over three weeks in trying to get an estimate and windows ordered. I was told she'd call me back (she never did), was told she emailed me already (emails never received), and was even hung up on! I suspected she was busy and didn't mind following up at first, but the constant lying and rudeness cut my patience short. If the company can't be honest in their customer service dealings, I question their ethics in all other aspects of running the business.
