Santa Rosa Windows & Glass

One of the worst experiences of my life. Came to measure twice and still ordered the wrong size. Cancelled first scheduled install saying installer was sick. Cancelled second scheduled install and said someone walked off with the shower door hardware. Finally arrived on third attempt only to install one of the glass panels before realizing that the second panel was too large and wouldn't fit. Also used one of our new bath towels as a floor mat completely ruining the towel. Left black greasy stains all over new bathroom floor tiles. When we asked Pat why the shower hardware looked crooked he said that they weren't finished but it was clear that it was just sloppy work. Do not use this company for your bathroom glass.

I contacted the company to get quotes on replacing two windows in a new house. Pat came out and did one adjustment with no charge and made some recommendations. He further reached out to Milgard to have them call me about the two windows because they were under warranty. No charge for the call or adjustment which spoke volumes to me since all Home Depot did was provide an insane quote for $4,000. Never use the big box stores for window replacements. Go local. I had called a competitor and had them promise me my custom glass sheet would be ready the next day. I called the next day, and they said they were too busy, but would have it ready "tomorrow." They'd already charged be for the cut! I told them that's what they said yesterday, so I canceled my order, and called SR Windows & Glass. They said they were busy too, but would get it ready by 4pm. They weren't there, but the glass I ordered was outside, ready for pick up. They hadn't even asked me for a payment yet! I, of course, called them to pay for it, but wow, what a difference in service! I could not recommend SR Windows & Glass more. Don't bother with those other people who don't have time for you; call these people, who do. You won't regret it!

Really great to work with. They went out of their way to help me - even when I had to change the order after it had already gone through. Responsive and readily available when other places were not. I'm really greatly to Pat and the team.

We had a dual-pane picture window which had apparently leaked and fogged up; it was that way when we moved in. I already had 16+ years experience as an electrician and handyman, including replacing broken window panes, but knew better than to do THIS replacement. I called multiple glass companies, but only Santa Rosa Windows & Glass was friendly, professional, and flexible. The first company which visited was rigid about doing things THEIR WAY, completely ignoring the preliminary info I had to give them on the phone. I felt "talked down to" both on the phone and in person. Their estimate was adequate, but I didn't feel comfortable about them. When SRW&G's rep visited to give us an estimate, he was not at all like that. Before calling them, I had measured the window and was able to describe the specific problem, making it easy for them to give me a "ballpark" price range before the estimate visit. The eventual price was in the lower part of that range. The tech who did the estimate arrived on time and was both friendly and professional, answering my technical questions promptly and completely. I was given a detailed estimate via email that day and decided to accept it. The tech who did the replacement arrived on time, obviously knew what he was doing, and completed the job in less than an hour, cleaning up after himself, and creating NO "collateral damage" (something unfortunately quite common among service people). Overall, I can only recommend Santa Rosa Window & Glass as a 5-star, top-notch company. They will always have our business in the future.

Great company to work with. The staff and technicians are extremely considerate of our office hours and schedule. Always starting and finishing the job during our lunch hour while patients are not in our office. The technicians go the extra mile. We recommend Santa Rosa Window and Glass!
