We are so happy with our decision to choose this company. We live a trailer from 1983. The ductwork is the original and we’ve had issues with no air coming out of most of our vents. This led to a hot house in the summer and cold one in winter. It was pulling moist air when it would run, and had a lot of condensation that led to the deterioration of the ductwork, the insulation under the house, and the condition of the crawl space in general. We just had to replace subfloors because of it. We got an estimate from another company and they sounded unsure on what caused our problem and didn’t give us confidence that they knew the proper way to fix it. So we called Clean Crawlspace and the guy who came out sounded confident in what it would require to fix it. We got an appointment two weeks out when we told them we were ready. They showed up on time everyday, went straight to work, would take a later than planned lunch if they had to, and stayed til 6 the first two days, and finished up by 4 the third and final day. When I say we were ecstatic to come home to a cool house!!! The crawl space is astounding! They even gave our vents a makeover so we could ditch the trailer sized registers and provided us with brand new ones. George was the lead man. He was super professional, explained everything in detail for any questions we asked and even ones we didn’t ask. Let’s not forget that he also took off his shoes before coming in without even asking if he needed to. As a mom constantly cleaning the floor with a crawling infant, that’s a big deal! We can’t thank these guys enough for a better air quality in our house that keeps us comfortable year-round now.

Caleb was professional, very polite and well mannered ( put covers on his shoes so he didn’t get the floor dirty) he fixed our air and explained what he did, he was on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and has a passion for doing a great job.
