I hired ‘Crawl Space Rehab and Repair’ to add new cross-beams, support posts and dehumidifiers. I had an overall great experience with Daniel and his team. They determined the issue and solution, were professional, prompt, reliable communicative and did a great job. Had flooding in our crawl space3 times in the past 4 months! Called a number of companies for estimates and decided to hire Daniel because of positive reviews and a very fair and reasonable price. Very glad we did!! His team installed french drains, a pump and the polyethylene vapor barrier! Saved me several thousand dollars over the other companies and gave me a guarantee on his work! As a retired small business owner from Atlanta, I find value in dealing with local and family owned businesses! They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do for the cost they gave me in the beginning! Can't ask for much more then that.

My basement flooded on Tuesday morning, they were able to get here that afternoon. Started the work the next morning. Foundation was in worse shape than expected, they adjusted the price and completion time. Finished the next day. Daniel and his crew was very professional and helpful.
