Crawlspace Medic of Savannah

We were in the inspection phase of selling our home and needed information regarding our crawlspace. We really didn't know who to call but our realtor recommended the good people at Crawlspace Medic. Logan was dispatched to.our home quickly and was able to provide us with excellent information so that we were able to proceed as informed consumers. Selling a home is a stressful time. We love our home and wanted everything to be perfect for the new owners. The staff at Crawlspace Medic are professional, kind, honest, and the fees they charge were hugely, surprisingly affordable. The customer service they provided us was top notch all the way. In our opinion, they are second to none. We were very pleased.and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I want to preface my review with my 110% satisfaction with the work done by Logan and Crawlspace Medic of Savannah. It was not with out some hiccups in the beggining, but ended up with 100% satisfaction. Story time. We had some issues with the the original quote and the work that was done after we agreed to move forward with the quoted work. We had them out I'm January to complete the work. I was out of town and the work was "completed" with my wife home. When I got back into town I crawled under the house to inspect the work. It was incomplete and not done to a high standard. I tried to contact the gentleman that had come out originally and explained the process and quoted the work. I found out that he had been let go and was no longer working there. This is where I began speaking with Logan. Logan was the new manager. He heard my concerns and came out immediately to get eyes on and address them. After coming out he validated my concerns and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make things right. He had a crew out to complete the work and do it right. He supervised the crew and job to completion and always followed through and was true to his word. This job did not get done with out a few hitches. However, Logan and his new crew made things 110% right and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. I would not hesitate to do further business with Logan and Crawlspace Medics.

My husband and I are selling our house, and during the inspection, the buyers found a few crawlspace issues. We called crawlspace medic for a quote, and Logan came out the same day to check it out. He was kind, communicative, and professional. We moved forward with his quote, and Gage and Jacob came out to do the work. They were prompt, thoughtful, and fast. They communicated with me and my husband, our realtor, and the buyers realtor. There’s no one else we’d use should we ever have a future issue — fingers crossed we don’t— but we know they have our back. Thanks again, guys. You did a great job, and we’re really grateful for the help!

Excellent service, above excellent communication throughout the process from original request for an estimate to the follow up after the job was complete. Logan was outstanding from the first call. Whoever came on property was courteous and clear on what was happening and when. Gaije and Jacob sealed the deal with the final steps and made sure I was satisfied before they left the completed job. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I am extremely impressed with the Crawlspace Medics Savannah team. I needed structural support repair in my home. Logan was quick to schedule a service appointment and worked with my schedule to get the repairs done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. There was a glitch with personnel on the first day and Logan and David were very professional in fixing the issue which kept the job on schedule. Logan cleared his calendar to ensure that everything was completed on time. David and Thomas were fast, tidy and are very skilled and knowledgeable about structural issues and repairs. David reviewed the work to be done each day and took pictures of the progress, followed by an email with what was completed. The work is warranted and the completed job was exactly as promised. Communication was definitely 5 star. Thank you again!

Highly recommend Crawlspace Medic came to our rescue after 5 years of suffering a constant humid climate in our house, air quality issues, shifting floors, and visible cracks in the walls. Honestly, I was dreading the whole experience of having work done on our home due to a recent bad experience with another company. However, you can be sure they will respect your time, money, and property! Our experience with this company was extraordinary from start to finish. Their communication with us was stellar! They let us know when they were on the way each morning and their expected time of arrival. They sent us “progress reports” of what was accomplished that day and the next day’s goals including photos of their work. They quoted us a fair price according to the amount of time, effort, and supplies needed. They only recommended what was needed to resolve our issues and didn’t attempt to oversell us. As far as my expectation of a “mess,” there really was none. After the guys left you couldn’t even tell they had been here! And I am very particular about details. I can’t say enough good things. These are honest, hardworking, down-to-Earth guys who are enjoyable to work with. Devon, David, and Logan are polite professionals who are dedicated to doing the job with enthusiasm, efficiency, and expertise.
