I do believe they have the best interests at heart for the clients but the work doesn't hold up.... Our custom home had to have the 2400 sqft of garage floor redone within the first yr and now we'll have to have it done for the 3rd time due to flaking and discoloration.... Another company will be doing it. They also provided waterproofing/drains and deck coating for our upper story balcony. Drains failed and perimeter leaked resulting it the deck having to be cut open, drains repaired and new coating. Of course the new and old coatings texture and color don't match. Well now the deck leaks again so will be having it all torn out and redone.... by another company.
