We Love our new kitchen!! Cabinet Connections made our remodel so perfect. They helped in choosing cabinets, colors and hardware, while listening to our needs and wants. We chose light uppers and darker bottoms. Cabinets were done and shipped from Canada before we were ready for them. The install went well. We've already been referring our friends and family to Cabinet Connections!!

Cabinet Connection and their team are hands down the team you want for your project. Together, myself, my client, and Kacy designed a luxury dream office, powder bath, guest bathroom, and a gorgeous laundry space. Kacy was kind, patient, and so upbeat. She made the design process seamless and so enjoyable. The installers were absolutely fantastic. Martin, especially, was patient and explained everything and answered all of our questions. Cabinet Connection will always be my go to for all projects.

Cabinet Connection did a great job with this project of a kitchen remodel for our cabin in the mountains. Natasha helped us with picking the correct cabinets, wood and hardware, and getting us a layout so we could see what it would look like. The installers were friendly and professional, and did a great job with the installation.

The cabinets came in on time and the install was done in a timely manner. I had a question about my refrigerator sticking out (not the company's issue) and the president handled it personally with some great ideas, ultimately figuring out a fix to my satisfaction. Later, after install, a drawer had a problem and it was fixed right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would work with them again.

This company took a year to complete the job!! There was a lot of miscommunication & excuses on their part. They didn't tell me that the cabinets were coming from Canada. It took over 3 months for them even get here. I understand Covid played a part in that time frame, however the rest of the experience was total frustration! The employees were very nice, but I felt that my $10,000 cabinets & little job, were not as important as their big construction jobs. I could complain a lot more about the other things that went wrong... But, in the end, the cabinets did look Beautiful!! However, I will probably not be recommending this company to anyone... In response to the owner's comments... I believe, the owner's daughter is the sales person I spoke with several times. Kacy Falk was very nice, & she did apologize. However, I was told that I would be charged $180.00 for the light rail under cabinets, & $40.00 for the touch up paint, needed to fix the poor workmanship, & mistakes made on the crown molding. These mistakes could be seen from above, while standing in our loft. I was Not told there was going to be a compensation for my inconveniences, until after there was another issue that occurred with your accounting department. I'm still annoyed about that, but Kacy assured me she would take care of that issue, & I believe she did... As much as I do appreciate the apologies, & the compensation of the light rail, the crown molding still couldn't be fixed by the cabinet repairman. The mistakes can still be seen from the loft above. Also, it doesn't make up for the cost of gas, my husband's lost time from his work, & the frustration of having to make the extra 2 hour trips back & forth to the job site. I had to tell your company on at least 5 different occasions, that I didn't live at the job site address, & that they were still calling the wrong phone number to leave their messages! Covid didn't cause that, or the lack of notifications to the right phone number. Especially, when appointments had been canceled. Thanks, but it is not an experience I want to have again! Good morning Laura, We are saddened to read your review as we strive to make every customer feel valued and for every job to go smoothly. We are sorry that things didn’t go as smoothly as all would have wanted. I spoke to your salesperson and she told me that a drawer needed replacing, and when the replacement drawer arrived, it was incorrect. It was from a Canadian line we carry, not our custom in house line, and therefore replacement took weeks. She mentioned as well that she credited you for your light valance as an apology for the inconvenience. We did deal with issues related to supply and timelines due to COVID, and hope that in the future you will consider giving us another opportunity. Have a wonderful day!

I could not be more angry, if I could give them a zero star rating I would. My husband and I moved in to a brand new home barely a month ago and all of our cabinets are falling apart. I contacted our builders warranty office and was told Cabinet Connection would call me back in 2 business days — it took them a week. They were incredibly rude to my husband over the phone, unwilling to work with our schedules in order for us to be home and available for them to correct their shifty craftsmanship. They told us they would call us back the next day and now it’s been just shy of 3 business days since we’ve heard from them. It’s like they genuinely didn’t care when they put their produce in to our home. I now have had 5 different cabinets fall apart in the 30 days we’ve been in this house. I plan on going to the Licensing Board by Wednesday if my issues aren’t resolved in a manner that is both professional and timely. If this is the kind of subcontractor that Wilson does business with I am very disappointed. The Wilson Warranty department has been very kind and very helpful, but they can only do so much. I would HIGHLY recommend buyers ask the proper questions during your walk through and check every. Single. Cabinet in your home. If Cabinet Connection thinks they can keep pushing me off to the side to run my warranty out they are going to be sorely disappointed. My anger fuels my hate fire and trust me when I say that I am persistent, and I will happily spread my complaints across any social media platform I can get my hands on. I look forward to a resolution, or to speaking with the licensing board this week. EDIT AS OF 10/1/20: The company never once called us back. I ended up calling the Wilson Warranty office and they were kind enough to work with me to send one of their staff out to correct the issue. Thank you Wilson Homes! BUYER BEWARE OF THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!

Good afternoon Katie, I am very sorry, and I understand why you were so frustrated. I think you deserve an explanation; back in March of 2020, we had to let some people go and cancel work orders because of Covid 19. We were in contact with Wilson Homes, and they confirmed that they took care of the issue. They are great!. We have a very good partnership with them. Again sorry for the inconvenience!

Great experience overall. Did a great job installing the cabinets in my kitchen. The installers were on time and finished the job right on schedule. Very polite also. I would (and do) recommend them if you want a quality product.

I’m an interior designer in the Fresno Clovis area and my experience with Cabinet Connection has always been very positive. For all of my projects, Miguel has been prompt and efficient in the creative collaboration and bidding process. The delivery and installation has always been timely and professional. They are always my go-to for cabinets. I really love that they are an Omega Cabinet dealer! The Cabinets are beautiful!
