Matt recently replaced a front door for me. He came by gave me an estimate and said he would call me back the following week to schedule the job. He did so we scheduled the job and he completed the job. He had a few glitches but he is a true craftsman and he completed the job in a timely manner. He cleaned up all debris and hauled off all old parts. He did this all with a gentleman’s handshake and was on time when he came to do the job. I highly recommend this man. You will not regret hiring him. Thank you Matt. I appreciate good old time professionals.

We had the Old Tin Shed Woodsmith build us some new shaker cabinet doors and had them installed. They are made with quality materials and we are very pleased with their attention to detail with working on other peoples property. We also hired them again to build us a new pantry with a spice rack and a soft closing drawer to meet our needs.

There’s not enough words to say how thankful and happy I am with my new cabinet bar that Matt built for me! Not only did he do an amazing job but he did it in a timely matter before the holidays. Not only is Matt a great craftsman, but his integrity is top notch. I own a custom cabinet shop. Whenever I am overbooked and I need some help from some other pros, its a pleasure to call Matt and know that it will be done right, and at a fair price.

Matt did an incredible job refinishing our heavy wood table! It was a bit tricky to fill all of the imperfections and cracks. It looks better than when we got it. Very clean and intricate job. He’s very skilled and professional.

Just an update to my previous review. Matt just finished our porch banister with a cable banister. We love it, looks great, completed quickly and under estimated cost! Can’t beat that, thanks Matt!!! The Old Tin Shed has done several projects for us over the years. Did crown molding, base boards and door trim throughout our entire house. Fast, efficient, & beautiful work. Had an older 5th wheel with the box tv, Matt turned the entertainment center into a great pantry, had cabinet doors made to match existing cabinets. You could not tell it was renovated. Most recently, he made us side tables for a newer 5th wheel. We replaced a king bed with a queen & Matt made two side tables with hinged tops to store books or whatever, even made a secret storage compartment. You’d never know we added them. They are awesome!

Matt did a fantastic job on the cabinets for our kitchen remodel. His suggestions, guidance and advice regarding design considerations were a great help to my wife and I. The cabinets were top quality. And in this age of flaky contractors, Matt was a real professional. He was always on time, did exactly what he said he would do and left the project clean every day. My wife and I could not be happier with the results.

I love the kitchen Matt designed and built for us. Our old kitchen was small and felt very cramped. I described the basic layout I had in mind and he made a detailed design on his computer. He offered upgrades I hadn’t thought about but I was grateful he had. We found out the ceiling in our kitchen is very crooked. He pointed it out and proceeded to explain a few options. I picked one of his suggestions and it turned out looking really nice! I love my new kitchen! It uses the space very efficiently, it feels very open and the cabinet quality is amazing!
