I used OSS about a month ago to install an overhead garage storage rack I purchased from them. Recently, I have reached out to them for additional racks. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response. Seldom do I encounter a business to be so unresponsive to a returning customer offering more business. I have since used another local company which I will say, they were almost 40% cheaper, more responsive, and installed multiple racks in the same time it took OSS to install one. I will unfortunately not be recommending this company.

Organized Storage Solutions created and installed cabinets and a slat board in my garage. The cabinets are large, sturdy and mounted to the wall. They were just what I needed/wanted for storing items in the garage. Additionally, we put a dark gray slat board with one royal blue slat running through it to organize yard tools and a place to organize bikes. I actually get compliments on the slat board--people like the colors and the alternate way to display tools. Very pleased with both the cabinets and the slat board.

Wow - very responsive and timely! I obtained several quotes from various companies. OSS was the only company with slatwall and the price beat everyone including HD. Installers were so accommodating. Zebedee made sure my install was perfect for me. OSS is the best cabinet installation company I have worked with. I highly recommend them.

Wes and his team were great! OSS installed the Monkey Bar system on one side of my garage. It was so great that I called OSS back to install shelves above the garage door and on the other side of the garage. The installs were flawless. Also, doing business with OSS is very streamlined. I'll continue to do business with them in the future. Highly recommend!

My husband and I hired OSS to install long-term storage shelving using the Monkey Bar system. Everyone we came into contact with was knowledgeable, personable and timely. We're looking forward to having Wes and his team back out, as soon as possible, to help us plan our short-term storage solutions in our garage. Organized Storage Solutions had made getting our floors epoxied and cabinets designed and installed such a great experience I’m almost sad that they’re done. They have been very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We never once felt like they were just out to sell us their products. They really listened to our needs and didn’t try to get us to “upgrade” everything. The installation crew was friendly, professional and quick. They were very detail oriented and made sure to explain everything and answer any questions we had. We felt very confident leaving them to their work without the need to check up on them like we’ve had to do in the past with other companies. Everything looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier.
