KDOC has been a life saver. Within a week’s time they were able to waterproof our deck before the atmospheric river arrived. They finished afterward with the railing. Great to have that done by the same contractor! Their professionalism stands apart in this industry and it has been great working with them. The crew is also very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We don’t offer reviews typically but this was exceptional.

I met with James today for water proofing the house with a leaking problem. He checked all the areas thoroughly and gave me helpful suggestions and cost-saving options. James came over to give us a bid and we were incredibly impressed. My wife and I had a couple rough rounds with contractors. Then when our deck started leaking we were in need of someone who could not only do a good job, but at a good price. KDOC construction was truly one of a kind. James was professional, organized, and efficient. Got us in for a bid quickly and sent us final estimate same day, which was very reasonable. We had five other bids by the end of it. But we went with James because he was the best. Scheduled us to start a few weeks out. Work was completed within a couple weeks. Any questions or concerns were fully addressed. We couldn’t believe how fast and efficient James and his crew were. We were prepared to be out 8 weeks. And they finished in less than 3. I wish all my contractors were this professional. Made the whole experience very enjoyable. Our deck has been solid. Looks beautiful. And he guarantees the work for ten years! We are grateful to have found James and KDOC construction and highly recommend them!!

KDOC just completed a deck and glass railing replacement on our home overlooking Back Bay. James was attentive to details and responsive to our questions. Explored several options for the deck waterproofing and railing options. We were ecstatic with the end results. Appreciated that both deck and railings done by same company. If you want a good patio or deck hire a specialist like KDOC. I made a big mistake and hired a backyard pool company to build my deck 5 years ago and had multiple leaks inside and outside my home. KDOC knows their stuff and their crew were so skilled and great. They cleaned up their mess every day and I am so thankful for them. I had to buy them breakfast burritos.
