For six months my house did not have a deck. I contacted West Coast Decks and Jameson was able to start the project and completed the mangaris deck! I was impressed with the entire interaction: Honesty and communication and availability Organization of contract and methods of payments and references Most importantly- the carpentry and art work and detail of precision to cut mangaris wood to fit the curvature and exactness of my area. Absolutely beautiful… a door to obtain access to my sprinkler control and beneath the deck. Cleanliness and care to the property Mindfulness and thoughtful respect to our home- hours in the morning and evening and storing equipment to the side. We recently worked with West Coast Deck on an elevated roof deck in Point Loma, CA. Their client selected Brilliance products because of the extremely high quality of manufacturing and ability to integrate technology. Jameson and the team at West Coast Deck did an incredible job seamlessly integrating Brilliance Metal Works fixtures into a composite decking and railing system. It takes true craftsmanship and attention to detail to manage product selection, installation, and technical integration. Great company! I met with several contractors (4 others) and knew immediately that West Coast Deck was best qualified for the job. They were also quick to respond and get my project going.
