*Update* we had some chaos in regards to the hot tub we had and the amperage ended up being different than the original that was installed. When I called up everyone was so nice, they got me on the schedule that day. Then I had a meeting taking place just as Grayson showed up, and he was so flexible with me, chatting with me in the whole 60 seconds I had before needing to be in the call and then doing the work without me present. As if that wasn't nice enough, they also didn't charge me for swapping out the 30 amp switch to the 50 amp switch. This is my 3rd time using Titus and I will give them a call back the next time I need an electrician for sure! ----------------------------------------- Grayson and Cole were great, informative and professional. They were clear about the costs upfront, scheduled me right away, showed up on time, and worked all day. They left the house clean and put together. I'd recommend them!

I actually gave Titus 5 stars on a job they did a year ago. They were extremely pricey, but I thought Caleb and Brandon did a good job and were friendly. Well less than a year later everything they touched in our home has pretty much failed. So I paid a lot of money, have a failed system. Anyway, really disappointing.

Great quality of service from beginning of project to end. I was always informed about timing, costs, and options available to us for the electrical work completed. Highly recommend, Adam did a great job for us and look forward to working with Titus again in the future.

We needed some help hooking up a ceiling fan. We called Titus Electrical services out and they were extremely prompt and the technician Brennon was the most friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Brennon came out a few weeks ago to give us an estimate on a whole house fan. He installed it today and we are LOVING it already! I can't believe we waited so long to get one installed. Brennon is kind, knowledgeable and informative. Whenever I've called into the office, the staff are so friendly. I'm glad we found Titus electrical and will definitely be using them in the future! 😁

Do NOT use these electricians unless you want to be ripped off. They quoted a 4 hour job which turned into almost a 2 day job. The communication is horrible. The workmanship is horrible. I called to complain and the lady (Elizabeth) basically told me there was nothing they could do but they would pass it along to "upper management". They left a gaping hole in the drywall where they supposedly relocated our breaker box but there are still breakers outside???? I would not trust them to work on anything in my house and will never use them again. I intend to leave negative reviews on every website possible.

I would give them more stars! My first positive experience was with Elizabeth who answered the phone, she the one that got me. I love the way she answered the phone. " How can I help you smile". Decided at that point this was the company that I was looking for. Adam was the tech that came out and did the work. He is and was phenomenal. Friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about his work, and the questions I had. He gave me a new sense of security in my home. I definitely will use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again Elizabeth and Adam.

These are just wonderful folks. They are committed to good quality service in a timely fashion. My technician (Brennon) was thorough, personable, and efficient as he diagnosed, inspected, and fixed my issue. I had a wonky breaker-switch on my main panel, and he inspected every piece from the panel to the dishwasher to ensure that there were no other problems, then replaced the switch all in less than 2 hours. I recommend them very highly!
