I have been working with Royal Electric to replace the motor on my table saw, and I just want to share that it has been a most pleasurable experience. I started working with Brian Martinez in the motor shop to get the right motor and he could not have been more patient to help me not only find the right motor but a motor that would mount up with the least amount of modifications. Excellent it worked beautifully. The table saw is very old and wiring. The motor to the switch was problematic for me so I called and scheduled an appointment with Michael Mand, who completed wiring of the motor and switch today. All of my interactions with Royal Electric have been very pleasant. People answer the phone, They follow up, they call you back when they say they’re going to they show up when they say they’re going to and everybody has been extremely patient and extremely nice to work with.

My experience with Royal was outstanding. I used them for wiring a hot tub. They were the lowest price quote I received by far, and the customer service was excellent. Cailee answered all of my questions quickly, and the techs they sent out were wonderful. When my hot tub delivery was delayed, I was able to send them an email the night it was delivered, and they had guys at my house first thing the next morning. Wonderful value and customer service!

Two members of Paul’s team (Aaron and Jordan) did two outstanding jobs for me in the last 2 months : upgrades at a rental and electrical prep work for heat pumps at my residence. Paul and Aaron are very kind and knowledgeable and they answered my endless questions. Paul is an asset for the community. Ms. Smith in the office is very helpful too. This company also did a code upgrade for me at an old rental in 2020.

Very respectable company. Since my first telephone call, they were out here within the week to replace my mast, my box, etc. They got back to me with an itemized estimate & it was true. It doesn't hurt that they were the most reasonable out of every company I called. I am so happy with their work. Thank You All!

Royal is an awsome company I have used them for several repairs. Furance was out quoted that I needed a new one. This was not true! Was repaired by Royal Electricthe next day with in hours of them arriving. Great company I would highly recommend.

Parents stove stopped working. Service Guard sends Royal electric out week later. This is end July. Guy says we need a new electrical board for the oven. 2 weeks later they come back to install and he says board is bad. He says the will expedite the order of new one and come out quicker to install. 2 1/2 weeks later he comes back to install and he says the new board is fine but our outlet is drawing too much power. I don't understand why this wasn't discovered on the first trip out instead of 5 weeks after we made the original call. I'm sure if someone replies to this review they'll have a wonderful excuse as to why their service poor.

Had a hard time finding a motor for my furnace! Found Royal they started the search keep me informed and found one that day! Ordered it was here in time before the cold and snow! The people in the office worked very well with me and good down home people!! I would recommend to anyone A++ 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲👍
